Perhaps a dozen boats will pass through in a day, all with a friendly crew and a story to tell of their journey. A few private moorings too. The rear of the property looks out to an uninterrupted rural landscape.

There is independent access from the rear of the building and no shared space. Access is via a staircase at the right hand side of the house. No food is supplied, but teabags and instant coffee is.
