The living room has a pull-out sofa (150cm wide) which sleeps 1-2, a 55" UHD TV, a table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic stove, oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. Children don't pay extra guest fee

Das Studio mit eigenem Eingang liegt im Sockelgeschoss eines Hauses der Wohnsiedlung "Seidentor", mit insgesamt 16 Eigentumswohnungen. Es hat ein grosses Fenster mit Ober- Aussenlicht. Das Studio misst knapp 20 m2, verfügt über eine Sitzecke (mit Schlafsofa), eine Theke und ein grosses Doppelbett. Ebenfalls hat es eine Nasszone mit eigener Dusche, Lavabo und Toilette. Es gibt keine Kochmöglichkeit, aber es hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine.

Rauchen nicht erlaubt. Für Hausstaub-Allergiker geeignet (Keine Teppiche/Vorhänge). Babybett, Hochstuhl und etwas Spielzeug vorhanden.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

Die Wohnung ist eine Geh-Minute vom öffentlichen Verkehr entfernt. Strassenbahn, sowie Bus, sind gratis im TNW-Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz! In 2 Geh-Minuten ist man bei einem grösseren Super-Markt. Wohnung ist mitten im Dorf und somit sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurants findet man von einfach bis exklusiv, alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem ÖV ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadt Basel. EuroAirport Basel nach Oberwil mit ÖV in ca. 42min.

The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.
