The characteristic village of Arogno, included in the inventory of Swiss settlements to be protected (ISOS), is located in the green of Val Mara valley in a spectacular panoramic position. It is about 20min drive from Lugano and Mendrisio. Located at the foot of the Monte Sighinola in the western part of the Monte Generoso massif, it is the ideal starting point for many interesting excursions. The picturesque roads of the valley are also very popular with cyclists and motorcyclists.

This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Arogno liegt südexponiert, durch einen Hügelzug abgeschirmt von Lärm von Autobahn- und Zugverkehr und ist doch nah davon und 10 Autominuten vom See und Bahnhof entfernt. Das Haus eignet sich insbesondere für Entspannung im Grünen, Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Kultur- und Badeferien im Tessin. Am See hat es unzählige Badeplätze. In Rovio ein Wasserfall mit Badebecken.

Una hermosa casa de 70mq con jardín y parking. Majestuosa vista al lago desde el jardín y todas las habitaciones. Sus interiores son decorados y amueblados con estilo y cuidando una elevada atención al detalle. Muy tranquilo y silencioso. A solo 5 minutos a pie se arriva a la playa más cercana. El soleado jardín está totalmente equipado con una relajante sala de estar y un comedor al aire libre, ambos con impresionante vista al lago (y la casa de George Clooney:-).

Relax and enjoy your holiday in our modernised spacious apartment (~120m2) and large terras (~30m2) with unique view over Lugano lake. The picturesque village Campione is at the lake with restaurants, beach/ swimming area. Booking for 3 or 4 persons only as from 4 nights or more. Parents with babies/ little children (under 2 yrs of age) are most welcome but should bring their own cot or cradle. This is a quite area at the edge of the forest, great area for hiking.
