Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

Tigh a Chabar, Savary, (Lochaline, Drimnin)

Opposite the Island of Mull and 40 miles from Fort William we are situated 3 miles west of Lochaline, the cottage is 6 years old and purpose built for holiday lets. The property is located in our own garden but is completely self contained, accommodating up to 4 people. The area of Morvern is a fantastic holiday destination. Whether just for a long weekend or for a full week there is plenty to see and do. It is also a good starting point if you would like to explore more of the West Coast.

Perfectly situated for public transport, and with its own off-road parking, the location makes it an ideal base for enjoying the delights of Mull - walking, wildlife watching, photography, visiting castles and beaches. Or just relaxing on this beautiful island. The property has a large conservatory overlooking the garden.

The Otter Holt @ Dobhranach Self Catering Annexe

The Otter Holt Self-Catering is a lovely annex attached to the main house. Surrounded by wildlife, mountains, moorland, forests, sea, and beautiful beaches. Whether you're into photography, hiking, or just here to explore what the Island has to offer. The space is totally private, although part of the main house, you have your own entrance. Its fully equipped for all your needs to help you enjoy your stay. The Otter Holt is pet friendly and sleeps 2 adults. We supply towels, bedding etc.

The Wing, Achnadrish House

The Wing of Achnadrish house, built in the 17th century as a shooting lodge, is attached to the Western side of the house, and although modernised, it retains a historical charm. The 3 upstairs bedrooms have a cottagey feel, whereas the downstairs is a little grander, with high ceilings and larger rooms, with a more country lodge feel to it and it now benefits from full central heating fuelled by our wood chip boiler, so you can be warm, and environmentally friendly! Dogs are welcome.

Spacious Georgian self-catering apartment on the Isle of Mull in historic Aros Mains House, just 2 miles north of Salen. Only 100m from Aros Castle and 200m from the sea with beautiful coastal and woodland walks nearby. Free WiFi, Smart TV (Netflix, Prime & Freesat), EV charging available, central heating, linen and towels included. Guests can enjoy the gardens and castle grounds. Ideal base for exploring Mull. Car recommended. No pets allowed.

Stunning remote cottage by the sea and mull

Mill House Steading is a contemporary conversion of a historic barn into a 2 bedroom architect designed home. The balcony overlooks the burn with views across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory. See countryfile series17 episode 7 to see the beauty of the landscape around us. The bay is perfect for watersports. The renovation was completed in March 2020 and provides stunning accommodation.

Bearnus Bothy on Isle of Ulva

Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.

Rustic shepherd's hut on secluded private estate

Nestled under a canopy of Beech trees is our lovingly handcrafted shepherd's hut - Stravaig ("the wanderer"). Located in a private and peaceful corner with a view over the Sound, Stravaig is well appointed with a rustic finish. A basic kitchen, cosy wood burner and bathroom with shower complete the package to give you the perfect base for your island adventure.

Cala Fearnadh Off-Grid cabin, Bunessan, Mull

Cala Fearnadh is a new, unique, off-grid cottage in a quiet village, with stunning sea views of Staffa and the Treshnish Isles, and beyond. There is nothing quite like it anywhere on the island! Electric power is 12 volt, generated by a combination of solar and wind energy. Water comes from the tranquil Loch Assapol, which supplies much of the area.
