From your water nest, you will be a short 15 minutes from SPI beaches, but far enough to get away from the crowds after a long day in the sun.

A spacious pier extends over the water with a clean-up area and sink for cleaning fish, covered seating, and two floodlights making it an excellent spot for night fishing.

The house is located in a very quiet city that is close enough to major attractions. 10 minutes from the Harlingen International Airport. The beach is about a 40 minute drive away giving you proximity while maintaining some peace and quiet in between excursions. Space X is a few minutes further. 30 minutes from Brownsville. The home is 20 minutes from Arroyo City and a local boat ramp 5 minutes away with access to the Arroyo. Great value for a family to enjoy the Lower Rio Grande Valley.

This apartment is connected to our home and hosts live on premises, but it has its own private entrance.
