The location is adjacent to the Kennebunk River, and two miles from the Kennebunk beaches, downtown Kennebunk and downtown Kennebunkport. The apartment has a private full bath and kitchen set up, and a shared but secluded outdoor shower with hot water, which is a unique but INCREDIBLE way to shower or rinse off after a long day in the sun. We are located on Route 1, conveniently close to downtown Kennebunk, dining, and groceries. The beach is a 10-12 minute drive.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

As unique 3 bedroom upstairs apartment attached to Bandaloop Restaurant in Arundel. This beautiful 1700’s space has been newly renovated with a mix of Danish mid-century, barn wood, and a little industrial, much like it’s neighbors. The owners own the restaurant as well, and thrive in the guest experience. All new appliances, furniture, and bedding. Pet friendly, Roku TV, and lots to see and do in the area.
