Staying in this guest house was really great for me, my wife and our two small dogs. The front of the home overlooks are beautiful marsh. The area is very peaceful, and it's next-door to a quaint little park, and a few minutes walk to a private beach.

We live semi-locally (about 45 min away) but needed to be out of our house for a week while work was being done. We had specific needs because of my elderly mother and our dog - first floor bedroom, first floor bathroom with shower, within an hour from our home (so I could go back and forth), and accepting of pets. Bonus points - a desk to work from, and a comfortable home with all the amenities you'd need for a week. That's exactly what we got - which made the week that much less stressful. And how can you be stressed with the views from the upstairs bedrooms, and beautiful Scituate and Cohasset within minutes?! Hosts were helpful and responsive the whole time. Hopefully I won't need to stay again, but would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a spot in the area.

Angela and her husband Jim were very friendly, sweet helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at their house in the beautiful quaint beach neighborhood of Warwick. One thing that stood out was the house did not smell like heavy and scents. I am a stage three cancer survivor so I live a nontoxic lifestyle. I liked how the bath towels and the bedding And the furniture did not smell like heavy chemicals/scents for me and my toddlers. The house was clean, beautiful and so cozy. My toddlers had a blast, and it was hard for everyone to leave. 10/10. I’ve traveled the world and I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s I loved this house :)

We had a wonderful spring break at the “Falmouth Local”! Anika’s house was spotless, comfortable, spacious for our young family of 4 plus a grandparent. Instructions and local suggestions were all crystal clear; I think we only had one question throughout our week-long stay. The town - with LOTS to do - was so close. The bike path is just across the street and was perfect for morning runs, kids on scooters, etc. Highly recommend a springtime visit!

Krista place is very clean and welcoming. It had perfect personal touches. From coffee creamer for our morning coffee, to shower essentials. I find the small personal touches so nice and it is welcoming. Christa offered east check in and extended my check out time with no questions ask. This was a very nice place for a weekend trip and we will def be booking again!

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was private, small, clean, and centrally located to the things we wanted to do. It was a short walk to a rocky beach, which we frequented each evening. Cute little porch and backyard. It fit our needs and we were happy with it.

Stayed here with a few of my friends for a wedding and the place was perfect! Really close to the Barker House wedding venue, walkable to downtown Scituate. Beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Overall, a great stay!

Our stay at this lovely Scituate Coastal Retreat was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was perfection. The common areas were cozy, but spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with any tools/utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable and our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The hosts left great suggestions for local dining and the house was only a 2 min drive (15min walk) to downtown Front St restaurants and shopping. Host Andrew was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating, allowing for a later check-out when requested. We were staying in the Winter, so perhsps check out time may not be as flexible in the warmer months. Check-in & check-out was a breeze! We hope to rent this property again. Thank you Andrew & Madeline!

I felt at home, the host was very kind, respectful and responsive. Great neighborhood, near to the Logan Airport, shopping centers and restaurants. The house is very clean and well arranged. It’s also very peaceful. We had so much fun staying there.

Great place to stay clean and close to the event we went to… they were helpful and allowed us to stay 1 hr longer for our convenience… there was only one TV in the house so if you have kids make sure they have their tablets or they will control the one TV other than that it was enough space for us…. Caitlin was a wonderful host! The home is located in a beautiful quaint MA sea town. It is 2 blocks to the water and walkable to local restaurants. It is an easy commute if you are looking to explore in Plymoth and Boston. The natural landscape is breathtaking and the area is full of beautiful wildlife. Our kids enjoyed spending hours at the local beach findining shells jellyfish, sea snails, etc. Caitlin was warm and welcoming, ready to answer any questions. She provided great local recommendations and clear instructions with the home. We would chose to stay on this property again in a heart beat.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!
