Michel è stato un ottimo host, ottimo nella comunicazione e nella chiarezza delle informazioni utili al soggiorno. L’appartamento è perfetto, pulito e molto curato, non manca davvero nulla! L’appartamento dista una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro storico, però è in una zona molto verde e piacevolmente percorribile a piedi! Assolutamente consigliato

This is the most beautiful apartment, ideally located in the old town just a stone’s throw from the Abbaye aux Hommes. Two spacious bedrooms, a lovely kitchen/living room and all so light and homely. Despite being so close to all the main attractions of the old town, the apartment is exceptionally quiet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you Karine!

this place is nice right next to all the bars, cafes, and restaurant you could possibly want. the only thing is the toilet is not on the same floor as the bedroom. so, if you have mobility problems or a weak bladder you should reconsider. I loved the apertment though I am not complaining. this place was nice and remodeled.

We chose Lisieux as our base for traveling around Normandy for a week. The location was perfect, easy parking, close to Monoprix. There was lots of space in the apartment and it was very quiet at night. Ludo was a great host!

I can’t say enough about this apartment. Very close to transportation and restaurants. The apartment itself is clean and has a beautiful view of the town center. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Caen. I would definitely stay there again.

La casa está en muy buen estado. Además cuenta con mucho equipamiento, fácil de estacionar el coche y muy cerca de tranvía/ Bus…

Pour nous c’était très court mais la maison est très bien située pour visiter la région qui est très belle

La maison est très charmante et bien équipée, parfaitement en ligne avec le descriptif. L'envirronement est par ailleurs paisible tout en étant très proche d'un village avec les biens essentiels (primeurs, pharmacie, etc).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 2 enfants. Logement très bien équipé et propre. Proche des remparts, commerce à côté et place de parking.

An idyllic location within easy reach of local areas of interest in Bayeux and the wider region. 15 minutes or so to Bayeux to visit the cathedral and tapestry and the nearest large supermarkets, and a further 10-15 minutes to reach the D-Day beaches. The nearby town of Tilly is walkable or a 5 minute drive, and has a boulangerie and butcher, as well as a smaller supermarket. The property itself was perfect for two, but could easily accommodate six (three large double rooms, one with en suite). The kitchen was well equipped, as were the lounge and dining area, and the pictures on the advert are accurate and current. There is ample off road secure parking, and the property is easy to find. Rozenn's communication was faultless. Detailed messages provided guidance on how to find the property and gain access, and she was always available if required. We did meet briefly in person, and she's very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and history. Couldn't recommend more!

Anne est une hôte très agréable! Venus pour le travail, le logement est idéalement placé. Pas loin de Mondeville, proche du périphérique. Le logement est équipé des essentiels et l’environnement est calme. Le séjour fut très agréable, encore merci!

Notre logement et son cadre étaient une belle surprise Normande ! De la verdure, des chevaux, du clame, de belles balades en vélos (fournis par Gael), et un lieu magnifiquement entretenu... Voilà un bref résumé de notre séjour ! Merci à Gael, qui était présent mais très discret, et nous a permis d'approcher les chevaux pour le plaisir des parents et des enfants. Nous reviendrons assurément !

Alloggio ottimo, ben attrezzato e in posizione strategica, vicino a stazione, vie di grande comunicazione, per visitare Caen e la Normandia. Magali é molto attenta e sempre pronta alla risposta. Grazie, ottimo soggiorno.

The Appartment was perfect and Jonathan communicated very quickly and efficiently, the place was very well situated for bars and restaurants and parking was right outside the door. Very well equipped place with wonderful showers and very well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and I hope to return.

Logement qui a dépassé mes attentes. Je l'ai trouvé mieux que sur les photos. C'est un studio spacieux, très fonctionnel, bien équipé et impeccable. Bonne literie, très propre. C'était très calme mais à quelques minutes à pied seulement du centre ville. Place de parking parfaite. Fabien a été disponible et réactif. Merci.

Chambre pour étudiant, il y avait ce qu’il fallait pour une séjour en solo. Parfait pour moi. Commodités à proximité. Le centre-ville n’est pas très loin. Et pour moi, il y avait un parking, ce qui était essentiel pour aller visiter les sites de la Normandie.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio chaleureux, propre et très bien équipé. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, parfait pour se reposer. Le propriétaire est accueillant et très réactif, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Petit bémol : la place de parking est un peu étroite. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour confortable !
