Amazing views, very comfortable and roomy with ample storage for luggage and clothes. This was our favorite place we stayed during our trip to Norway. Our kids loved being able to jump into the fjord. I loved drinking my coffee on the upper patio in the morning. Wish we would’ve booked one more night there. Highly recommend.

Best place to stay around Lærdal, beautiful surroundings, very comfy house, fully equipped. Host is very friendly and helpful. High speed Internet. Highly recommended for everyone.

Wonderful home in a beautiful place. The deck and view were exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Overall we had a good stay. Tip - car parking opposite the Brygge restaurant. Then it’s a short walk to the house. Pros Quiet and peaceful location Generally well presented and equipped. Responsive hosts. Good internet. Use of a washing machine and dish washer. The view from the deck is absolutely amazing, and worth 5 stars on it’s own. Fire place was a bonus. Improvements Mattresses and pillows could be upgraded for a better sleep Both rooms should be ready for use particularly for family’s. Floor matts by the shower would be helpful as shower cubicle leaks. Would love to return when the weather was better to be able to make use of the deck. Thank you.

Cherry ist ein sehr charmantes, über 100 Jahre altes Haus. Die Liebe zum Detail spiegelt sich in jeder Ecke dieses kleinen Häuschens. Es erzählt seine eigene Geschichte und lädt mit offenen Armen dazu ein, seine eigene dazu zu schreiben. Wer ein richtiges Gefühl für Norwegen bekommen möchte ist hier keineswegs fehl am Platz. Auf der Terrasse stehend werden wir von Bergen umarmt und können uns nicht satt sehen. Sofort zieht es uns raus in jene Natur, die bereits zu Fuß zu erreichen unfassbar schöne Wege für uns parat hält. Mit den Hunden, die problemlos - ja fast selbstverständlich genau so willkommen sind starten wir jeden Tag in die verschiedensten Abenteuer. Und für keines davon mussten wir uns weit von Cherry entfernen. Am Ende des Tages jedoch waren wir immer wieder dankbar, zu unserem kleinen „Zwischenhelm“ zurückzukehren, das uns bereits am ersten Tag ein Gefühl von Zuhause geben konnte. Wir können uns nur bedanken und haben uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Viki!

Es ist ein atemberaubender Platz mitten in der Natur. Für uns als Familie war es perfekt, weil wir es ruhig, ganz abgeschieden und ganz für uns mögen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, den man auch bei Regen sehr genießen kann. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft zum Wandern und In der Natur sein. Für Ausflüge muss man die Passstraße immer hoch und runter fahren. Uns hat es Spaß gemacht, aber man muss es mögen! So kommt man dann auch super zu den Fjorden oder zu anderen Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir danken Anne Marit herzlich, dass wir dort sein durften und können es nur empfehlen!

We felt really lucky to stay in this beautiful place. The house is cosy and very charming, and we enjoyed seeing all the animals! The valley and nearby fjords are absolutely stunning. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

I highly recommend staying here. It was the cheapest we found in Flåm. The hostess was also very attentive and gave us everything we needed. Highly recommended.
