Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Terrigal has a large selection of restaurants and bars where the fun crowd gather with lots of live music and entertainment at night and surf its famous beach during the day.

Guests are warmly welcomed to our modern pool house which is located behind our home with private access from the side. We’re a happy family who understand the need for privacy while on your getaway & will not intrude. The pool & garden is shared with us but we are often out and about. - In addition out of respect we will not use it early or late night. Full kitchen and BBQ. Blockout blinds &privacy curtains. An opportunity to learn about or ride horses. Very good wifi. Close to Westfield shopping centre. A 25 min drive to numerous, stunning beaches, Shelly beach at Bateau Bay being the closest.

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.
