Sea bliss is a brand new studio apartment located under our house that is one house back from the ocean. Sea bliss has a queen sized bed, small kitchen, refrigerator, tv, wifi, full bathroom, an outside shower and sitting area. The location is on a very quiet street in north Avon with a large beach right out front and the sound just down the road. There is a windsurf shop, shops, bar/ restaurant, and kayak rentals right across the street. If you are also into star gazing then this is perfect!

The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Welcome to the perfect getaway for any nature enthusiast. Boasting beautiful views of the sunset over the Pamlico Sound, this canal-front condo is an affordable way to experience waterfront living, OBX style! We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for kiteboarders, paddle boarders, wind surfers, or anyone who wants to witness the beautiful Hatteras Island sunsets!
