Escape suburbia at our quaint farm style house about a mile from Lake Superior and about 1/2 mile from Northland College. Guests describe our home as cozy & reminiscent of visiting their favorite coffee shop. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom on the second floor & a half bath on the main floor. A portable crib is available for infants (30 1b max). Please note that we are in the process of having baseboards milled by a local crafts person who is also installing them when we are closed.

Seeley Oaks A-Frame | Secluded Retreat on 40 Acres

This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. It's a total of 700 sq ft, with a queen bed in the loft, in-floor heat, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Less than 2 mi from Highway 63, 8 mi from Cable, and 10 mi from Hayward. IG: @Seeleyoaks

Amazing location! Updated Wifi in 2026. This Comfy Studio Condo sleeps 4, Whirlpool tub/shower,King bed & Queen sofa sleeper. AC, CableTV and fire pit wood provided. 1 minute walk to the marina. Bayfield is 2.3 mi from Brookside. Hike or bike the Brownstone trail along the lake. Take the ferry to Madeline, cruise the apostles, Sail, fish, kayak, golf, orchards, ski and more!! The pool and restraunt opens July 1st. 5 minutes from Bayview beach, Mt Ashwabay, Big top and Adventure Brewery.

Norrsken Scandinavian Cottage

The guest cottage is painted to resemble a Scandinavian retreat. Complete with separate bedroom, extra fold-out sofa queen bed, kitchenette, wood burning stove, WiFi (the best we can find but not great!!!) and large television (DirecTV), it is a great getaway for a couple or a family. Owners live on property if you need anything. If you are a bit adventurous, we can put up a tent right next to Lake Superior. The entire property is smoke free. For a quiet stay, no snowmobiles or ATVs.

The House Next Door has a Northwoods feel while being in town and close to your likely destination. Just four blocks from downtown Ironwood, and in the heart of all the outdoor adventure the Gogebic Range has to offer. You'll love the warm cozy feel, and the ability to mingle in the open concept lr/dr/kitchen downstairs, or retreat upstairs for a quiet, peaceful setting. Individuals, couples, families, and up to eight friends would enjoy my place, provided you can live with one bathroom.

Romantic Forest Cabin, Sauna, Trail to Beach

Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

Parker Creek Tiny House

Come stay on our hobby farm with us! We are in a great central location to multiple hiking trails and gorgeous falls. We have had many guests visit the sea caves in Cornucopia, spend the day in Bayfield, or hike the Porcupine Mountains. We also are only a few miles from the ATV trails if you would rather spend the day riding the trails. We have multiple places to mountain bike or kayak. Yooper Delights Baking Co. is now a family style home with beds for 7 ppl, a large, fully stocked kitchen, Scandinavian cottage design with 2 sleeping lofts plus a queen sleeper on main level, oak dining table for 8, Swedish gas fireplace, patio doors to back yard with firepit, gas grill & relaxing patio for outdoor dining & watching our visiting deer! We are located 2 miles from town, on outskirts, semi rural & peaceful , close to trails & Lake Superior!

Hilltop Acres located in Historic Montreal, WI, just 3 miles from Hurley, WI, is in a quiet location on Trimble Hill. The backyard is adjacent to acres of woods containing the Historic Montreal Ski Trails in winter. For snowmobile & ATV enthusiasts, trails are accessible from the house. Plenty of parking for trailers. Hunting, fishing, alpine skiing & golf nearby as well as the Gile Flowage, many water falls, rivers & lakes to explore!
