Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Alles wie beschrieben, eine super Location um nach Wien oder ins Umland zu kommen, um dort was zu unternehmen.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. L’appartamento ha di gran lunga superato le aspettative, locali molto belli e forniti di tutto il necessario. Il posto auto era sempre disponibile. In tutti i locali la pulizia era impeccabile. Inoltre, Angela è stata molto disponibile e cordiale! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Perfekte Location für private Feiern, waren 20 Personen und jeder hatte Platz. Markus war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vor allem was den vorzeitigen Check-in betrifft, um gekaufte Verpflegung rechtzeitig einkühlen zu können. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Sehr gemütliches, großes und blitzsauberes Apartment. Wirkt sehr neu und toll in Schuss. Wir haben auch den Garten/die Wiese vorm Haus und den den Kräutergarten sehr genossen 💚 Horst ist außerdem superfreundlich und hilfsbereit!

We had such a great experience staying at Doris’s place! She was incredibly welcoming and made everything feel so easy from the start. The apartment was super easy to find, and Doris met us in person for check-in, which was such a lovely personal touch. She gave us a warm welcome and made sure we felt comfortable right away. Communication with her was excellent – she responds really quickly and is always helpful. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommend staying with Doris!

georg è stato un host reattivo nel risposte. Check in semplice. Casa pulita e ordinata. La casa si trova nel centro del paese di Modling, nel cortile della casa c'è un parcheggio privato per l'automobile, vicino la casa un supermercato SPAR, tabaccaio, e diversi negozi e locali dove mangiare. Anche un parco giochi per bimbi all'interno del parco, tutte le sere andavo con le mie bimbe. Per Vienna centro ci sono solo 17 KM. Nella casa si trova il necessario ed sembra tutto molto nuovo Tutto perfetto, l'unica pecca i materassi, sembrano un pò datati (scomodi). Super consigliata, da tornaci

We really enjoyed and felt like home. Apartment is amazing, super clean and looks exactly as in the photos. Klaus response to any inquiry is friendly, polite and fast. Department is located 3 min walking from nearest U Bahn Station. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Natascha ist eine super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wenn uns was gefehlt hat, hat sie uns gleich geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellent communication with Stefan who accompanied us and gives the key to the apartment at the late hour we arrived, 01 am. Thank you for everything Stefan! It is not exactly close to the center of Vienna but it has everything you could need for accommodation. You benefit from underground parking. We only stayed one night unfortunately, the apartment is modern, clean, airy, smells very good, has a living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need, 2 bathrooms, toilet articles, towels, 2 bedrooms- all clean. In the fridge you can find juices/beer, something to nibble on, and decent prices are displayed on its door. I slept excellently, perfect mattress and pillows. Exceeded expectations! 300 m away is the Billa supermarket.

It was a nice stay we traveled as 2 families with a kid. Location and place was comfortable, check-in was easy. To reach by public transport we need to buy Vor ticket not just Vienna Kernzone Ticket. Otherwise all essentials are around and stay was pleasant at mödling town.

Super logement à Vienne, quartier très calme, proche de la ligne D en tram, du métro U1 et du bus. Appartement propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Beau parquet. Arrivée flexible, c'était top!

I have stayed in quite a few Vienna Air bnb’s over the last 8 years - this one stood out as the most quiet and safe-feeling of any of them, yet it is still ‘in the heart’ of one of the more interesting districts of the city, with good restaurants, funky shops (and a full range of those with basic amenities), easy access to Nashmarkt and public transport. The apartment is spacious and well set up. The roof windows in the bedroom were a highlight, allowing me to see the stars at night. Andre is a great host — responds to all communications very quickly and easily, but is completely unobtrusive. I would definitely return in future.

Wir waren zu fünft (Familie) für 3 Übernahctungen. Sehr schöne großzügige moderne Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Tram, S-Bahn, Bus und Payuca-Parkhaus, Tankstelle und Lidl direkt vor der Tür. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Hausschuhe, Bademäntel für alle 5 vorhanden. Großes Bad mit Regendusche / getrennte Toilette. Moderne Küche, Zucker, Salz, Tee, Kaffee-Kapseln vorhanden. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein Toaster für die Küche wäre super). Spülmaschinentabs gab es keine aber wir mussten auch die Maschine nicht laufen lassen sondern nur am Schluss befüllen. Bei längeren Aufenthalten sollte man Tabs mitbringen (oder beim Lidl gegenüber kaufen). Check-In lief problemlos (ohne Schlüssel - mit Zugangs-Code). Dass wir erst um 11 Uhr auschecken mussten kam uns sehr gelegen! Insgeamt ruhiges Wohnhaus; konnten alle sehr gut schlafen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen - insbesondere für Familien mit 5-6 Personen.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe einer U-Bahn und Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Supermärkte gibt es in der Umgebung genügend. Die Kommunikation mit den Beiden war unkompliziert und hilfreich. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein sehr schöner Garten, in dem Frau den Stadttrubel hinter sich lassen kann. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Donau, mit ÖV schnell in der Stadt. Alles ist stilvoll und schön eingerichtet und Küche gut ausgestattet. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Les indications données sont précises et efficaces : arrivée aisée dans le logement qui est très fonctionnel. Calme absolu durant la nuit et bon emplacement pour aller dans le centre où flâner sur les berges du canal. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins ! Merci à eux !

We had a fantastic stay at Liliana and Micheal’s apartment in Vienna! The location is perfect—very close to the metro, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautiful, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable visit. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!
