The cottage was beautiful and spotless. It had a very homely feel and plenty of space. The area was well located for multiple day trips, of which Clare provided lots of ideas. Including Sandringham and Brancaster beach. For dogs it was a secure garden and a nice space to run about in. We were all very happy with our stay, there is nothing we would change. If we ever visited the area again, we would seek this property again.

We had a great 3 night stay here at East Flint Cottage. The cottage is a charming little place to stay and has everything you need. We took advantage of some of the recommendations for places to eat, Carpenters Arms in Wighton being our favourite. For family’s we would recommend the Sandringham estate - great park and walks. Also our Daughter loved Church farm, and the Pottery painting in Holt!

Judy was really friendly and helpful, The Lookout was a really lovely place to stay, especially great to have outside space that was private too. Everything we needed was there, tastefully decorated and the provisions gratefully received. Would recommend and we intend staying again!

We had a wonderful 3 night break like we did in June this year. The loft apartment is perfect for a short break and has everything you need. The wildlife surrounding Nigel's home is wonderful, even the deer who were very vocal! Nigel is incredibly friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely return again ☺️

The cottage was absolutely spotless, Sue and Barry have thought of everything. The kitchen is extremely well served with utensils and cooking equipment. The space was cosy and very warm. The bed was extremely comfortable. Sue and Barry were so helpful and friendly, excellent at communicating, and we would not hesitate to return.

Lavender Cottage is small but perfectly formed. The photos don’t do it justice. The cottage is very well organised with the kitchen/lounge/dining area having everything we needed - dishwasher, microwave and a very good oven. The cottage shares the large garden with the hosts (and the garden is secure for dogs as well as being beautiful !) with a small private paved area to sit out if wished. The hosts asked us to unload and then park just up the road which wasn’t a problem for us. Syderstone is small with no shop/pub etc but only a short drive to the coast and larger villages and towns. Fantastic dog friendly beaches, pubs and the friendly folk continues to have us returning to Norfolk time and time again. Thank you Gwyn and Sarah for a great visit!

We always stay with superhosts but Rose Cottage defintely topped the league. Clean, comfortable, cosy. Good bed and nice linen. Will come again.

Absolutely loved our three night stay at The Bakery. Lucie and Phil were fabulous hosts and made us feel so comfortable as soon as we arrived. The Bakery was perfect for our short stay and our plans to get out and about exploring and revisiting Norfolk. Easy to find, beautiful location, and extremely comfortable accommodation. Couldn't have been better. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Norfolk.

We had a wonderful stay at Sebastian’s lovely cottage. It was so charming and had a calming atmosphere - just what you need while on holiday. Sebastian was an attentive host but respected our privacy. The cottage was warm and cosy with a beautiful outlook over the stunning garden of the main house and our own private courtyard area. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds meant we had great sleep too. Not far from Burnham Market and Holkham Beach which was great for walking the dogs. I would highly recommend a stay here.
