Welcome to "Villa Esperanza". Only seconds to the beach! We are so happy to get to share our space with you. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with seating for 10 people, an outdoor patio, hammocks, outdoor shower, and an above ground pool. Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The patio and backyard are fully fenced and large enough for all family activities. The home is located on a small gated community that consists of only 12 lots, very calm and private.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

You can walk 2 house down Mar de la Traquilida and La Curvita del Bajo and enjoy music . They both serve excellent drinks and delicious food.

En la casa hay espacio para 12 huéspedes una cocina, cuenta con todas los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, no platos no tenedores, cucharas. Tiene cafetera y Cafe, azúcar. No hay agua caliente pero tampoco sale fría . Todos los cuartos tienen aire acondicionado . Cuenta con dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado, Calentador, Internet, Wifi, TV. Todo la ropa de cama esta incluida. Es para 7 personas. Tiene 1 parking. Esta a 8 minutos de la playa para surfer "Inches". Tiene restaurantes a 5 minutos. Supermercados y panaderías a 7 minutos. BBQ de carbón. El techo mide 6' 5" de alto. Hay area comunes.

This bay earned its name because it is sheltered by a large reef, providing not only amazing snorkeling, but beautiful calm Caribbean seas to gaze out on from your house. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance, and if you're lucky you may see a manatee swimming by in the backyard!
