We had a super stay at Aileen's place (again!). She keeps her property spotless and the kitchen has all the items you could ever need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner at home. Coffee, tea, water bottles, soda is abundantly stocked. Aileen answers right away and checking in is simple. The condo is less than 5 minutes walk fron 2nd Street but, there is always plenty of (safe) street parking available.

Good, cozy place to stay in a safe neighborhood! Highly recommend the place if you plan to visit the Long Beach area.

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

Good communication, easy check-in/out, place was as described & looked like the photos. Location was a perfect home base for our OC visit. Felt safe & secure. On-site access to EV charging is definitely a huge plus. Nice amenities. Would stay again!

I stayed here for 1 night final notice ! Jessica was very responsive with her instructions very clear . High Rise is very Tranquil . The apartment was very beautiful and clean 😍. Reception made it easy . Area was quiet would definitely stay here again ! 5 stars ⭐️

Such a great stay! Was SO nice and peaceful and such a cute area in Irvine to stay in! The bed was amazing and probably the comfiest one I’ve ever slept in! Would recommend this place to anyone and will 100% be staying here again! All the hosts were so communicative and sweet! Loved it!

This apartment was exactly what I needed. It had all the amenities to make my stay comfortable, and its location was unbeatable—close to everything! I especially loved walking around the neighborhood, which was super charming and full of character. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained, and working with the management company was seamless from start to finish. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The home was incredibly modern, with stylish furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. It was spotless from top to bottom, and the cleanliness made it feel like a true home away from home. Inside, the space was open and airy, providing plenty of room to relax, and the outdoor area was just as spacious and inviting. It was also in a perfect location—just 10 minutes from Disneyland—which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The host was easily accessible, super friendly, and even gave us a great recommendation for an amazing local restaurant that we ended up loving.

We greatly appreciated the security at this cute home in Long Beach. Janet allowed us the use of her enclosed/gated car port so our vehicle was secured inside and entrance to the house at night was very safe and secure. The house was comfortable and quiet and dog friendly. A huge bonus for us was the fenced front yard for our dogs. There is a cute front porch that I hope Janet will furnish with a couple patio chairs, as we would have loved to sit outside and enjoy the neighborhood and watch the dogs in the yard.

Perfect space for our family of 3 in a great neighborhood and everything we needed for Easter weekend! John was incredibly responsive and flexible with our stay and communication was excellent. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience, John!

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location is great- walking distance to the pier and beach, plus walking distance to some great restaurants. The hosts were super responsive and the home was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this to others!

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Brian was a wonderful host and we had a great stay! The cottage was absolutely adorable, cozy & clean. Brian was proactive with instructions for access & parking, & so responsive. The location is great as well, we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re planning to visit the area!

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.
