Escape to The Hidden Haven at Derry Duff; a unique, stylish, luxury farm-stay lodge, in a secluded corner of our organic West Cork hill farm, just 20 minutes from Bantry and Glengarriff. We designed this boutique, eco retreat to welcome guests to enjoy panoramic mountain views, the wild landscape, a lakeside hot tub, peace, calm and our organic produce. The Hidden Haven offers a romantic farm-stay experience with the space to reconnect, unwind, and rest surrounded by the quiet rhythm of nature.

2 Bed & 2 Bathroom House, 5 mins Walk from Beach

With spectacular sea views and nestled under the Curra Mountain, Driftwood is a SEMI-detached, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house within 5 mins walk of Rossbeigh beach. Free car parking is available. Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. Policy: Only the number of persons booked as stated on the booking form are allowed to stay. There is also no smoking or pets allowed.

The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

Alpaca Lodge with stunning views and alpacas

The Alpaca Lodge is a free standing stone building next to our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare), surrounded by our herd of friendly free-roaming alpacas and llamas, with stunning views of Kenmare Bay. It has a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a small seating area and en-suite bathroom. Cereal, milk, porridge, orange juice, snack bars and biscuits are provided in the room, and there is a kettle, microwave, toaster and a small fridge, tea & coffee, cutlery & plates . AGE 12+

Our Luxury Lodges await those looking for a completely unique romantic escape. You will find yourself in a countryside setting but don't be fooled Killarney town is just 1.5km away. Your lodge boasts a spacious bedroom with King Size Bed (European) and bespoke furniture. There is a proper bathroom complete with power shower. The mini kitchen has everything from a hob to Nespresso machine. Private heated patio with BBQ is perfect for chilling in the evening with the sound of the River.

A perfect base to explore West Cork Surrounded by wild coast, ancient land and protected wetlands. Wild swim at the beautiful beach only a 150m from your doorstep. Beautifully converted using natural building materials, the space is light, peaceful and open, heated with a cosy wood burner. The interior is handmade, restored or salvaged by us. We provide sourdough, homemade jam, a homemade tipple & a few staples on arrival. A rural retreat right in the heart of vibrant West Cork.

Ark Ranch Treehouse, rainforest oasis in West Cork

This hand crafted Tree House is nestled in a tranquil oasis of trees and ferns and is an ideal getaway to wind down, connect with nature and recharge your batteries. You can curl up by the fire and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. And if you’re feeling adventurous the picturesque Lough Allua is less than 5km away offering fishing and kayaking, and this area of natural beauty is perfect for cycling and hill walking with many official signposted routes.

Clifton House

This house is situated on the gateway to the Dingle Peninsula, on the world renowned Wild Atlantic Way. This two-storey, new build, air-conditioned property is situated at the foot of the Slieve Mish mountains within walking distance of Boolteens Village. This house has 2 upstairs bedrooms and can sleep 6 comfortably. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. There is private outdoor seating and fibre-optic Wi-Fi also provided.

The Turf Cottage

Traditional meets modern in this fully renovated Farm Cottage set on a working smallholding. A spacious loft bedroom with a cosy reading nook overlooks fields and animals, while dramatic mountain and valley views fill the windows with light. Built with locally sourced timber and stone, and finished with custom cabinetry and artisan furnishings, it’s a one-of-a-kind retreat—perfect after hiking, cycling, farm life, meditation, or nights of lively trad music.

Seat View Lodge - in the heart of West Cork

Seat View Lodge is a beautiful cottage located in the heart of West Cork. The cottage is newly built with a lovely balance of modern and rustic characteristics. The house has stunning views, a large garden and a spacious interior. The house has everything that you could need for either a weekend getaway or for a long visit. Glengarriff Lodge (formally Lord Bantry's Cottage)

Glengarriff Lodge, or what used to be Lord Bantry's Cottage, is a luxury self-catering space hidden away on a secluded, leafy island surrounded by 50-acres of ancient oak woodlands in Glengarriff, West Cork. The estate was the location of a former hunting lodge for the Earls of Bantry and offers guests a rare glimpse of a truly magical part of old Ireland, in an absolutely gorgeous and pristine setting with privacy and comfort.
