Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV - or enjoy a book in the lofted reading nook. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. Downtown is only a short stroll away...

This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Halfway between Saratoga spring, horse racing, casino, night life, shopping, dinning and Rivers Casino in Schenectady and all it has to offer, not to mention a short drive to the Adirondacks. This convenient location is perfect for day trips or to enjoy its old Farmhouse charm.

Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

Second floor apartment with private access, views of 2 ponds & your own 2nd story deck. Fall in love with Saratoga this year! Admire the gorgeous scenery, head to local attractions and discover other traditions that make the region come alive. We are 20 minutes from Saratoga Springs and SPAC. Hiking, horseback riding, biking, walking trails and dining all close by. Or just set out on our 21 acres of woods and trails or grab a glass of wine and a book and sit on the edge of our ponds!

There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.
