Our cottage offers 2 bedrooms with new custom built barn wood furniture, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with gourmet coffee bar, a cozy living room with gas log fireplace, a basement with laundry area, game room and cozy den area with electric fireplace and television. Our guest house is a new construction with mountain/modern decor and reclaimed wood features, detached from the main home and located above the garage. It is a great place to serve as a base for outdoor adventure and centrally located. Located in a new development less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min. from downtown Blowing Rock, and 10 minutes from downtown Boone. There is a 0.7 mile loop to take in the fresh air surrounded by pine trees and beautiful views of Grandfather Mtn.

Comfortable private studio apartment, top floor of home, with upstairs outside entrance. Located in the most central neighborhood in Boone. Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. Payne Branch River retreat (B) is nestled on eleven acres of privately owned riverfront property in Blowing Rock, NC. The New River runs directly in front of the property and provides unique access to pristine, hatchery supported trout fishing. We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer. Nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains only ten minutes from both downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, App Ski, and Blue Ridge Parkway hiking, this fully-equipped tiny house on wheels is a great spot for vacation or an extended stay in the Appalachians. Note: this is a tiny house. It is 8' x 26'. It is very comfortable for up to two people (maybe three if the third is a very small child).
