Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Rilassatevi nel grande giardino e fate una passeggiata nel bosco privato! se sarete fortunate vedrete i cerbiatti che vi abitano. Situata a 100 metri dal mare, in cima ad una breve salita di cinquanta gradini che ne assicura la tranquillità, è un'antica casa di pescatori eretta nell'ottocento e recentemente ristrutturata. A pochi passi si può approfittare delle gelaterie, ristoranti così come delle spiagge e del lungomare di Barcola. Fermata dei bus sotto casa con la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente lungo il viale Miramare.
