This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful getaway. Spend the day walking around Barnesville where you will find antique stores filled with lots of unique treasures! Barnesville is the home of the Barnesville Pumpkin Festival held the last full weekend of September each year, Belmont County Victorian Mansion, Watt Center for History and the Arts, the Barnesville Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Depot, Veterans Plaza, Barnesville Memorial Park, Stillwater Meeting House, and the Dickinson Cattle Company

The Victorian

The Victorian is a large roomy house that is big enough for you and your loved ones. There is plenty of room to host groups of 18 or more guests at a time. Located 7 minutes off of I70 in the village of Barnesville which is nestled among the rolling hills of eastern Ohio. There is a heated pool that is available for your use during the summer months! Official pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. We can often times be open earlier and later than that but can’t guarantee it.

The Guest House on 8th - Apartment 1: Entire Apt

This cozy, updated apartment is in the heart of downtown Wheeling and is within walking distance to restaurants and businesses. One block brings you to the scenic Heritage Walking Trail along the Ohio River. With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. We'd love to host you!

Songbird Shanty

Awaken to the sounds of nature's symphony, in this quaint little cabin. Bunk beds and a small table are within the cabin. A small fire ring is located in front, along with a chair on the porch. Multiple walking/hiking trails are located on the mostly wooded property. A self-contained toilet is located in a nearby deer blind. *There is another cabin listed as Songbird Shack. We now have electric along with a box fan and floor lamp. Guests must supply their own water.

Just minutes from I-70, the 600 square foot Pine Ridge Cabin sits on the back edge of the woods at Old World Garden Farms, a picturesque 46-acre property that blends natural beauty and recreational spaces into a rustic mini-farm resort feel. The quaint, 2 story Pine Ridge Cabin has everything you need to enjoy a great get-away - including a well equipped kitchen and a great private outdoor space that includes a covered porch, gas grill and fire pt with free wood!

Come and visit our clean and cozy one bedroom cabin in the wooded hills of Guernsey county Ohio and relax on the spacious deck and listen to the sounds of nature, take a trail walk on the 19 acre property, or stay inside and ask Alexa to play your favorite tunes or stream a blockbuster movie on the 65" 4k UHD TV with 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound, the choice is yours.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.

Secluded Family Retreat

Explore the trails, creeks, woods & fields. Catch your dinner on the 2 1/2 acre lake. Boat, kayaks, basic fishing gear, bait and firewood are provided. Or just relax on the porch and watch the wildlife. Located just 15 minutes from Salt Fork State Park.
