Hot tub available all year. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (2 showers) plus an outside shower May through October. Plenty of room for up to 8 people - sorry, no parties - (plus pets - fee applies)! Only 3 miles to beaches. The ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard is not far, and a great addition to any Cape trip!

This single family house is located at the end of a cul de sac in a quite neighborhood in walking distance to Mayflower and Bayview beaches. You enter through the bright and open kitchen, looking out over the patio and the pool. The open living and dining room open up to a sun room where you can relax after a fun day at the beach. The two smaller bedrooms share a big bathroom with tub and double sink, whereas the master bedroom has its own bathroom. A big dining table can host up to 8 people.

A wonderful Wellfleet location! This second floor rental has a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with a tub and living area with a well stocked kitchen. You would have the whole upstairs to yourself with a private door to come and go. You are also invited to use our pool at anytime! We're located very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of bike riding, PB Boulangerie Bistro, Marconi Beach, the iconic Wellfleet drive-in and so much more. Enjoy the nearby ocean and beaches, or take a ride downtown to Main Street for dining and entertainment. Only a short distance to the ferries for a day trip to the islands and you can be back in time to catch a concert at the Melody Tent. Enjoy your days by the pool and your evenings grilling out on the large deck or chatting with the koi fish.

The kitchen is nicely updated with updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including an stove/oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker. Keurig, and kettle.

This beautiful 2.5 acre fully fenced in private property has gardens, an in-ground pool & pool house with an outdoor heated shower. Our home offers 2 kitchens, dining room seating 12, a great room, 3 bedrooms with private sitting areas & lower level with 2 bunk beds (bottoms are full beds) & exercise area. Outside are 2 grills & a fire pit. We are 3 miles from the beach, shopping/cafes, 45 minutes from Boston (on a train route) and 20 minutes to Cape Cod.
