Beautiful NEW private studio attached to a house built in 2020. Separate outside entrance, you can come and go as you please. The studio has very comfy queen size bed, large closet, full bathroom with bathtub, small table/desk, kitchenette, compact fridge w/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee, tea. TV with Netflix and Hulu, high speed Wi-Fi. Located very close to major highway, easy access to anywhere in the city. *We follow safety measures by thoroughly cleaning/disinfecting the entire studio*

Brighton bedroom with queen size bed, mini fridge

We have one bedroom with a queen bed, sidetable, a dresser, desk and chair and a closet. A mini fridge is also in the room for your convenience, stocked with water to keep you hydrated and a keurig is also in the room with a small coffee/tea station. Guests are welcome to use our laundry room, patio area, shared bathroom, and kitchen. There is a TV. Extra blankets are in the trunk at the end of the bed if needed. There is an ironing board/iron available. . Please feel free to ask any questions.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space conveniently located near the airport. There is a park across the street that beckons you to take a walk. A walk-in closet with a mini refrigerator and coffee machine ready for you. You have your own dedicated bathroom, less than 5 steps away from your room. Please note that the main entrance is shared, no private entrance for this room. Street parking is available, usually in front of the of our home. Please no parking on driveway.

This room has been specially designed and set up for our lovely guests that have endured long, exhausting traveling. Once you walk into this room all your fatigue and stress will be melted away with calming comfort. We are VERY grateful you chose us.

Quiet, newer neighborhood, 15 minutes from downtown Denver and Airport and close to I-76. Walking distance to McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway, Ziggy's coffee, Dutch Brothers and 7 Eleven. All private, no other people in your area, while you're staying here. The room is attached to our house, separated by 🔒 door. We are very laid back and flexible.
