Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Fabulous home for family’s, especially great for younger children and babies. Couldn’t fault the home or garden, even the pool was warm enough for the kids.

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!

This is a beautiful apartment less than 10 minutes drive away from the centre of Winchester. The location is surrounded by stunning countryside with a lovely local pub a 10 minute walk away. The apartment itself is very nice, with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. This is perfect for 2 or 4 people. You can walk into Winchester but it will take an hour, the drive is less than 10 mins or an uber is around £10.

Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 erwachsenen Kindern gewesen, die 2 Bäder sind größer als sonst in UK, Betten sind gut und bequem, die Küchenausstattung top. Das allerbeste an dem Reihenmittelhaus ist die Lage! Die Mainstreet mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants ist gleich ums Eck und zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten an der Themse Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank!

I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with children’s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

Very comfortable and felt very safe. I was there for 4 months for work and Debi was easy and flexible to work with! The living room furniture could use some updating but other than that it was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of space for a group to get together. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Close to Salisbury, but equally perfect for being in the countryside. Highly recommend the pub nearby- delicious food!

Staying in Victoria's home was amazing. It is a beautiful home, perfect for a group setting and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every room matched the pictures and descriptions, and the surrounding area was lovely too. Veronica was extremely responsive and answered all of our queries in a timely manner. Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay. Thank you so much to Eva and her family.

We had a great stay at Sarah's house in Fordingbridge. There were 2 couples, one child and two dogs. The house is really spacious so you don't feel on top of each other. Sarah has thought of everything you might need with lovely little extras such as milk, coffee pods, bottle of fizz, dog biscuits and bowls. The games room is fun too with pool, ping pong and darts. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.
