Step inside a beautiful Mid Century Modern Ranch, set on a large lot in Bastrop’s Historic District. Come relax in this spacious backyard, equipped with a fire pit, covered porch, and Cowboy Pool! Walking distance to the best bars and restaurants Bastrop has to offer. Even today the lovely Texas town of Bastrop retains its historic charm: brick storefronts line the streets, artisans and artists display their handcrafted wares, and local chefs crisp chicken-fried-steak and catfish to perfection.

Our guest house is ideally located close to downtown and even closer to the Colorado River in a quaint and friendly neighborhood. Quaint & Comfy Private Guestroom & Bath.

We have a cute guest room attached to our garage adjacent our back porch. It’s a small space but has all the essentials and is super comfy! It has a full size comfy bed, a comfy chair, dresser, desk, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and 36" flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick. The bathroom has a small shower. We include lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable. We live in the Historic area of downtown Bastrop. Our home was built in 1916 by my husband's great grandfather.

We are located 23 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and 33 miles to downtown Austin. The space is fully furnished with luxury items including a Casper bed, Brooklinen sheets & plush towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The front patio space overlooks Main St & the back of the building offers a private covered parking spot.

In cooler seasons, walk to downtown live music and dining venues, Fisherman's Park or just stroll around town to look at our historic buildings.
