The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful Wamberal Acreage and Magnolia Cottage, which is a 15 minute walk to Wamberal beach and a 5 minute drive to Terrigal Beach. This private little cottage is separate to the main house and has its own entry, driveway and parking spots and BBQ area This elegant accommodation features two serene beautiful bedrooms, one equipped with a new King Size Bed and the other with a new Queen Size Bed all with luxurious bed linen. The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish Feb 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $160.

A self contained loft just five minuets walking distance from one of the Central Coasts most secluded bays. Follow the track that only locals know and enjoy some of the finest caffeine in town, all within walking distance of this light filled, calm and unique space. The guesthouse has a loft bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning and a skylight directly above head. The high ceilings and open living space features a generous ensuite and a modest kitchenette.
