Located in a quiet and safe community of Czech Village and Jonesville Point on south shore, mid/east part of Roatan Island. Nearby of Trico Bar & Grill with great food & drinks, pool and dive shop on site. 10 minutes drive to the nearest sand beach Turquoise Bay, 30 minutes to secluded Camp Bay and Paya Bay beaches.

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

My place is a 10 -15 minute walk to West End, the beach , restaurants and diving . The nicest feature of my cabana is the peaceful feeling of overlooking the jungle and viewing the Caribbean , it is very private and tranquil. Everything is brand new. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
