Denise is a wonderful responsive, helpful host. The home is terrific. We really enjoyed the view and the wildlife and the home which is very comfortable and well stocked; I especially appreciated that there was a set of pool towels as well as bath towels; (I stayed somewhere else once that only had exactly 1 towel per guest!) and there was plenty of toilet paper, which we appreciate, no one wants to think of boring stuff like that on vacation. ;) Her communication is excellent and she was able to accommodate our request and also provide some additional information about the area. We would definitely like to stay there again!

I can't say enough amazing things about this location. Extremely clean, gorgeous views, amazing comfortable beds. Relaxing environment even though you are so close to Disney and ESPN. I did read a review about beeping from the pool door that worried me when I was booking because my kids are older and I thought it might be annoying. Although it wasn't at all. It was soft and kind of nice. Knowing if they came in from the pool or going out. The kids had so much to do and were never bored. Literally everything was amazing. I could go on all day about how great it was. We will be booking again if it's available next year.

Andrew’s property was nothing short of amazing ! The entire house is very well maintained, clean, and spacious. There was plenty of room for the entire family ! The pictures provided doesn’t do this property any justice. The scenery is beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. The pool and spa were a great place to spend the day. We enjoyed grilling and the Florida sun. The entire house was stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and anything you would need for cooking (pots, pans,plate, utensils, etc.) it was truly a home away from home. Other than buying your own food and maybe some things for the kids to play in the pool with everything you will need is there Andrew is a great host and he’s very responsive with any the questions you may have during your stay. We will definitely be returning to this house for our next vacation. We spent more time outside but inside the house is just as amazing after a long day in the sun !

14 of us stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for all of us with more than enough beds and bathrooms. We loved it! The only complaint we had was that the neighborhood gym doesn’t open until 9am but that isn’t anything air b&b had control over. We would definitely go back!

Overall, this was a great and convenient place for where we were visiting. It was exactly as advertised and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Samantha's place. Everything was spotless. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house is beautiful, quiet, and very private, with pretty views of the lake. Samantha is a great host. We can't wait to stay here again next time we're in the area.

Lauren was warm, friendly, prompt in communication and couldn’t have done more to ensure that our holiday was the most memorable and wonderful experience. The location, feeling of space within the home and everything we needed all to hand all contributed to a great time away. This home could not have been in a more perfect location for us! We loved the quaint neighborhood and it was close to family. Instructions for getting through the entry gate were clear and easy to follow which we were especially grateful for because of our late night arrival. Great stay all around!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, charming, and just as described. The community was quiet, but there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for all of us. The view was amazing outback. It was peaceful and quiet. Amanda and Trevor were very quick to answer any questions.

Our mini family getaway was everything we expected, the house was comfortable, clean and the host would respond within minutes. Everything was within drivable distance, the neighborhood was quiet, clean. Highly recommended!!

Great place! Super convenient to the parks. Very clean and had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Definitely would stay again! Ron was also a great host. Just a heads up, the pac man arcade game is addicting.

Marciel home was definitely inviting and homely. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and it was made available to me and my family. This establishment was easy to find and was CLEAN along with everything as expected as described on the listing. My family was originally supposed to bring down my support dog but we found a sitter. Marciel and his team arranged for the stay of my dog with a large kennel, bedding, toys and bowls. That was very thoughtful!!! We had 8 people in the family and it accommodated everyone with more room for others. The kids and I enjoyed the gameroom/converted garage. We played mini basketball, pool and the Xbox. Overall, Marciel's place was great for our whole family and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a cozy place like their own home.

Karen lives in the adjoining building and is around for pet walking services if needed. The home and fenced in yard were very nice, kitchen had coffee and tea available. Very nice stay and would stay again.

My family and I loved and enjoyed the home. The only downside was the bed on the lower level was uncomfortable for me. Some may like a firm bed. But other than that even with the firm bed I would definitely rent again when we go back to Florida. It’s near plenty of shopping and stores. I just loved this house

First off I’d like to thank you for allowing my family and myself to stay at your rental property. It was absolutely lovely and housed all 9 of us comfortably, it felt like home away from home. Secondly they were super accommodating when I had arrived earlier then check-in was posted and allowed entry and was very understanding. House was fantastic and very quiet and clean, personal pool was also an added bonus. Talking to the parties involved, they were very quick to response prior to getting there and they were very clear and made it very enjoyable and felt at ease. It was an amazing house and a very amazing stay, no one wanted to leave. So once again, thank you so much and we hope to stay there again.

This home is a beautiful blend of modern style and family friendly comforts. The space is fresh, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Unlike similar properties that consist solely of the pool area, the patio brickwork that surrounds the outdoor space creates multiple social relaxation zones--the pool, surrounding patio areas, and even access to the grass by the water. The fencing choice also allow for more privacy than similar properties. Black and white interior design is striking yet welcoming, and the bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous. I greatly appreciate dimming lighting, which is present in the kitchen and dining areas. When you watch the airbnb commercials where the hotel room expands into a house, think of this place. Way bigger than two people needed, but got a good deal for an unplanned stay. Both 20min from Disney and 20min in other direction to Lake Louisa State Park if you need some quiet!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in the Windsor at Westside Community for our Treasure Exchange retreat (April 4–6)! The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing weekend of rest, connection, and reflection. The resort amenities were a huge highlight—our girls loved the lazy river and had the best time lounging poolside. Although we didn’t add pool heat this time, we appreciated the option and will definitely keep it in mind for future visits during the cooler months. Overall, it was a peaceful, comfortable environment that truly contributed to the success of our retreat. Highly recommend this spot for anyone planning a meaningful group getaway!

The place was great. We were traveling with our kids and dog it was comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed, the kids loved the pool. Supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Maykel has a beautiful home and makes sure you have everything you need! There is plenty of space for the entire family. Whenever we had a question he always responded within 5-10 minutes. He was extremely kind and helpful. We would love to stay again.
