Very clean and recently refurbished. Nice furniture and quiet, considering how close it is to a main road. Very comfortable stay.

The place is awesome and perfect if you like a very quiet and close to nature ambiance. The host was very lovely too and accommodating with their adorable dog. They even prepared complimentary foods for the guests. All in all we highly recommend this place.👌

Everything about Greg and Ana's place was perfect for our trip to Rotorua. Set on the edge of a park with a gated section, easy Uber, drive or walk to town. From comfy beds and full kitchen to a private deck and spa this place is definitely recommend. Ana gave us a wonderful list of great restaurants and cafe's to choose from and we had a brilliant time at Poco Tapas & Wine. Thank you both for sharing your lovely home.

Beautiful home on a nice quiet street. Very clean home and towels were provided. Big yard with a playground. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine. Also has a reading area with books just off the lounge area. Has a bath with a seperate shower. Plenty of double doors one of them opening to a semi enclosed patio at the back. Another going on to the front patio and one to the side garden. Would definitely book this property again.

It was a good fit for our whole family, including our small dog. The location was a highlight, with the beach just a short walk away. The living area was cosy and worked really well for relaxing and watching movies on the rainy days.

Absolutely beautiful place, well looked after and easy check in and out. It was smooth, the house is great with lots of activities, and it is perfect for whānau given the space and communal space in the middle. Would definitely book this place again for whānau, as it can easily sleep between 6-8 + children!

This is a comfortable nice cozy house with all the amenities provided. Kahira was a great host who was friendly and was very responsive to all the queries we had. I recommend Kahira's place to anyone for a nice stop on their journey to explore Rotorua

Had a lovely stay here. House was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, nice sheets and towels. Great to be able to bring our dog with us, fully fenced garden was perfect. Lots of board games, books and things to keep us busy on the rainy days. Tanya was lovely and met us at the door, we were given a tour and all the info we needed, including a quick rundown on the local restaurants and shops. Location was very good, close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. We appreciated being able to put the car in the garage as well. Would definitely recommend staying here 😊
