Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

There is not a better location in the city with quick and easy access to everything Boston has to offer, as well as the neighboring communities. You will find the space to be a little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life whether you are in Boston for work or leisure. Much like rest of Back Bay, the space and finishes have a Victorian era feel with some updates made throughout the decades. I hope you can relax and feel at home!

Very close to Boston & Logan Airport, & Kendall Square. Comfortable 3rd floor studio apartment in a 3-family home. There is a queen bed, & a single bed. Historic pine hardwood floors, high ceilings, granite kitchen counter top, new bathroom. Walk to Green and Red T stations. Visitor Parking Pass gives you free parking in my East Cambridge neighborhood. Taking a break & I do not have cable TV. Maybe this is good?!
