Cute house! Flexible host! We were trying to book a house we could use for Christmas since my daughter-in-law is due in January and couldn’t travel. This house had plenty of room and space for dogs. In the end our plans changed and the dogs didn’t come, but great back yard and lower family area. Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely remodeled and modern. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I would like to start off by saying the corner property on the edge of town is right close to the river and a historical marker. Private parking with ample space for everyone. The fridge, stove, microwave and washer and dryer are clean and in good working order. The place comes with tvs in each room and plenty of seating to lounge. I love the real wood counter top and shelving. There is a good assortment of cookware and eating utensils, though you may need your own towels and wash rags. All together, a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again if working in the are again and it is available.

What a perfect house for what I needed! I originally looked for a home large enough for my bridesmaids and I to get ready. Then after finding this, I decided to also hold my rehearsal dinner here. All of my guests were locals, and everyone was so impressed with the amazing find- this home was beautiful and such a great space. Some of my friends are already thinking of the “girls weekends” we could have here. The porch was absolutely beautiful as well, lined with old church pews. I will no doubt use this place again in the near future.

Trent is a great host. This is my second time staying and I can’t say enough nice things about Trent and his wife. They promptly answer questions and go out of their way to be accommodating. We took our grandkids to the mall of Louisiana and had a great time. The main event is a huge arcade with laser tag, bowling and more. If you have kids with you it’s a great place to spend the day.

Everything was great. Not far from some good restaurants and shopping centers. Would definitely recommend this property. Very quiet and peaceful.

Quiet neighborhood but close to the highway that you could be anywhere you’d want to be in just a couple of minutes. We throughly enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. The house and description were as advertised. Thank you to the host for opening your home. We truly had a relaxing and great vacation!

The house was everything we expected. Tonya gave very clear directions on entering the property and also provided several recommendations for things to do in the area during our stay.

This was my second stay at this home while visiting my daughter at LSU. Quiet, nice neighborhood within a short distance to restaurants and stores. The pool was heated and a fun added bonus. Would definitely recommend Tyler’s place.

We had a nice relaxing stay in a nice neighborhood. A little girl from the neighborhood waved to us as we pulled in. Just wish it hadn't rained so much so we could enjoy the pool. There was quite a variety of food and shopping within a short distance. I would highly recommend this for friends and family.

We enjoyed our time in this house. Everything was in good shape and fully functional. There has been a lot of toys for the pool and my kids liked the Lego bricks a lot.

This was our second stay. The place is comfortable, in a great location, and pet friendly. Sherri is welcoming and very responsive. It's become our go-to place when visiting family in Baton Rouge.

Paz was an amazing host. I would definitely book with her again. We were coming in late on Thanksgiving night and she called to make sure we were O.K. and had a pie baked for us when we got there. She asked what temperature we liked to have the place and she had it all set when we got there. Very spacious house, beautifully decorated and feels like a home and not just a place with a bed. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

The house was big, in a quiet area, and had everything I needed. The yard was huge, which was great for my dog. What really stood out, though, was how kind and responsive the hosts were. I had my dog with me while he was recovering, and I wasn’t sure how long I’d need to stay. They were super understanding and even gave me the option to extend one day at a time, which I really appreciated—especially since I know someone else was interested in the place. That kind of flexibility meant a lot. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had an opportunity and a necessity to stay at Don’s place for the night, and it could not have been more perfect. Our host was fantastic from booking to departure, even though the situation was less than optimal due to inclement weather. Even though it was storming and raining, every single other part of our adventure was majestic, and we couldn’t have been happier. We have a whole new appreciation for tigers now — especially the cubs!

The listing was just as described. It really was spotless when I got inside. It was a perfect location for me…in city limits but felt like you were in the country. Lydia was very kind and asked if I needed her to leave the light on for me but I got there before dark. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, walkable to downtown. Cute house with everything you need, and a great outdoor space and yard. Awesome stay!

We had a great time at Katie’s place. Very clean and walking distance from Cajun Dome. Centrally located and very cozy.
