Our newly-renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit Sleeps 6 comfortably. This is a 2nd and 3rd floor unit so you "MUST BE OK WITH STAIRS". You will have 2 private decks off of the unit with a bay view.

LBI Oceanside Getaway

This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Enjoy all that the island has to offer! Peak season requires Sat to Sat rental. 2026 season is from June 20 – Sep 5

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Perfectly situated First Floor Condo walking distance to Beach and Bay. Close walking distance to the beautiful Hotel LBI! The Local some of LBI's best restaurants, donut shops, CVS and Wawa in walking distance *Peak Season May - Labor Day* - Bedroom Linens - Let me know if you are bringing your own or need provided 4 beach passes will be supplied with your stay. Cozy Beach House, a Block to the Beach!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available.
