A side note: we have a family of wild turkeys that visit the property, as well as abundant wildlife. We also free range our 3 chickens and 3 dusks named Larry, Curley and Mo. Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Lone Star Tiny Home - 15 minutes to downtown

We offer a unique experience with a country feeling only 15 minutes to downtown Austin or lake Travis. The Tiny Home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway, it is brand new, 400 sq ft and located on 2/3 acre property in a non incorporated neighborhood - less street lights, more star gazing and great bird watching. You will most likely wake up to birds chirping and see hawks, blue jays and cardinals among others. Maybe deers too if you're lucky.
