Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double sinks, living area with 65” smart TV, laundry room. Downstairs: living room with 65” smart TV, dining area with large round table, full kitchen, pantry, powder room, and coat closet. Full name/age of all overnight guests must be in the reservation. The NextGen home is off limits.

Located 7 miles from Toyota Amphitheater and Hard Rock Casino and just 9 miles to Camp Far West Lake and Beale Air Force Base. The home is 2 bed, 1 bathroom featuring a king and a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals and seating for four at the bar. Out back, a small grill and a fire pit for enjoying the outdoors.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.
