The location was perfect, with all of the great amenities at the Hilton Head resort! Walking distance to beach, indoor/outdoor pool, and jacuzzi. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jason and their property highly enough. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We stayed three weeks at Denis’ place in April 2025. Holly is the local agent and was our primary contact. Both Holly and Denis were very quick to respond to all our needs and questions which we really appreciated. The unit is in Building 1 with the main outdoor pool and easy access to the boardwalk and beach. The unit is well appointed. We used the beach chairs, cart and umbrella. I even used the blender to make smoothies….a plus. We would gladly book here again.

What a little slice of heaven! The ocean view is a grand one, and we were thankful for the opportunity to stay and see the sunrise! Kimberly was an excellent host and was so kind throughout our stay. We booked at the absolute last minute (due to another Air BnB not being clean!) and she saved our little family's vacation! Her condo was on the 3rd floor, so there was a little travel time to the car, pool, and beach, but the 3rd floor travel was worth the views every morning. The kitchen is well stocked, the bunk beds were perfect for the kids, and the sand toys/wagon were the perfect compliment to our beach days. The overall facility is a little dated, (all the condos are individually owned) but Kimberly's place is well maintained, very modern, and highly functional. Her location is ideal for very little traffic as her building features a badminton court instead of a pool. We are very thankful for the time we were able to spend there.

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

Heather was terrific, communicative and accurate. The place itself was as described in a wonderful location near everything on the island. The weather was great so we were able to take advantage of the short walk to the beach over the scenic and beautiful boardwalk path. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

This location is AMAZING. Beautiful views, walk down the scenic boardwalk to the beach, there is a small restaurant right there. The beach is huge and beautiful! White sand, no rocks or seaweed. Small waves perfect for boogie boarding even when windy the waves weren’t huge. The complex seems a little bit “old / tired”, could use some renovating, this building was prob the nicest. The actual unit seemed recently redone - very cute! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels and bed linens, they felt cheap. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! There’s an outdoor pool which is very nice in the courtyard of this building and there’s an indoor pool a few buildings over - these plus beach is perfect for kids. We had a great trip and would love to come back and stay here again!

Perfect! 3 pools and right on the beach. Condo was lovely and convenient to restaurants. Great recommendations for coffee, dining, and activities. Clean and quiet. Host was very quick to answer questions. Would love to stay again! A+++

We fully enjoyed our stay! I greatly appreciated the amenities such as all the pool options and pickleball court. The indoor pool was a huge savor on the less than ideal weather days. We enjoyed the boardwalk to the beach as well. It’s a little bit of a trek if you have real little kids but ours did well at ages 7 & 5. Having access to the beach toys/wagon/chairs is amazing too. One less thing you have to worry about packing or buying. Overall we had a great experience. We would definitely return.

Host was very responsive and communicated well about the place and amenities! Loved that it was near the bridge to the beach and right next to the outdoor pool and restaurant. The weather was cool, so we used their indoor heated pool and hot tub, which was great!

We stayed here for Spring Break with our 3 kids (12/10/6). My daughter enjoyed morning walks on the boardwalk to the beach with her dad. Location was close to shopping, dining and groceries. The staff at the resort were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was a bit chilly so having an indoor pool was a great perk. Teresa was very prompt with responding and helpful. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Having an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna was ideal for Feb. in Hilton Head. The boardwalk to the beach was very walkable. Jeremy was quick with local recommendations. We stayed for a month so did a lot of our own cooking. The kitchen was ideal for this....plenty of workspace and great appliances. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the area. Great seafood locally!

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

My family of 6 stayed at the The Grace Calire for our Spring Break vacation a couple weeks ago. I cannot recommend this house enough! The location is perfect with short walks to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house itself looked exactly like the photos and did not disappoint! The house was very clean, had a game room that my kids loved and also had a backyard full of things to do! The pool was very nice and my kids enjoyed swimming in it every day all day and night! There was a slight issue one day with the pool but Michelle and Nikki were extremely responsive and spent time out of their day to find a resolution ASAP, which I'm sure was no easy task since it was on a Sunday. If you are looking for a place to stay at that is in a great location, has an abundant amount of things to do just at the house alone, is very clean, and has hosts who excel at the definition of client service, this is the house you want to book! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We had so much fun on our trip to Fripp. The house sits by the marina on one side and the marsh on the other but wasn’t too loud or too busy. We spent most of our mornings out in the back deck watching the tide come in and watching wildlife with the binoculars provided. Monday morning we found that there was no internet. I had a conference call for work, so this was a bit inconvenient. I went up to the guest service center and found they too had no internet. That afternoon we went to Hunting Beach, and they also had no internet. Check out was a bit early, but we still managed to use the bikes in the garage to run down to the beach for sunrise and clean up before we left. There were no trash cans so we just put our trash bags in the area the cans were supposed to be. Can’t wait for our next low country trip!

This home had great beach access, beautiful views of the Calibogue Sound, a generous size main entertainment space with plenty of spots for multiple families and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well outfitted to cook your meals. We would return! The outdoor shower was inoperable and there was no hose to connect to the hose bib for rinsing off from the beach. A big bowl of water at the door did the trick.

This house was perfect for hosting a large group for a longer trip—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a big living room that made gathering easy. Check-in and checkout were both simple and clear.

El lugar es muy bonito y bien cuidado, muy cercano a la playa y piscina (Menos de 1 minuto). Fui con mis padres y 2 hijos, y el lugar nos recibio a todos sin problema. La casa es comoda, limpia, y suficientemente grande para un grupo de 6-7. Incluso habia un sillón que se transformaba en cama en el loft que nos daba una cama adicional. Lamentablemente cuando llegamos estaba llegando un huracan y no logramos hacer las actividades ofrecidas por Xplorie, pero los restaurantes locales nos salvaron. Nuestro unico "issue" fue que llegamos a finalmente a las 6PM y no encontraba el correo con instrucciones para abrir la puerta principal, y al llamar a la oficina ya habian cerrado y no me pude comunicar en ese momento. Finalmente encontre el correo con la contraseña de entrada, y todo fue perfecto desde ese momento. Recomiendo 100% el lugar

This is our third time staying in Sand Castles by the Sea neighborhood and Elaine’s place was our favorite! She thought of everything! We had small children and could have left everything we brought at home. The crib was perfect for our toddler and the sliding door provided just enough privacy for him. The house was immaculate. I loved how comfortable the beds were. My husband loved getting to use the hot tub and sauna after a long day of golf. The kids loved the bunk room and the fun little touches up there. We would happily book Elaine’s place again!
