Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Our place was clean, nice decor, comfortable seating and bedding, easy and walkable distance to beach and local restaurants and shops, to name just a few. We enjoyed our mini “resort” like vacay!

This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

Jeff and Julie’s home was perfect for our family beach trip! The heated pool was clean and the grounds felt private from nearby homes. Jeff and Julie were friendly, accommodating, and helpful leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again :)

We loved this place, felt like home, so many activities around the house to do and very spacious. Jonathan had very great communication when asking him anything before getting the Airbnb and during our stay. We would totally love to come back again.

The Alex Moore house is just lovely. We had an excellent visit in Swansboro and Mike’s home was a highlight! Our family of five stayed here while visiting for a wedding. We had so much room! The kitchen was amazing and our kids made use of the media room and pool. The home is exquisite… beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and stocked like home. We especially loved the location. Just walk a few blocks and you’ll find restaurants on the water’s edge, boutique shops, and many historic homes that line the neighborhood. We so appreciated Mike’s attention to detail which made this stay just perfect. Thank you again for hosting us and for making our first trip to Swansboro one for the books!

The house was beautiful and serene and Dawn was a fantastic host. Super responsive and helpful. I wish we weren’t here for work and got to enjoy the area more!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

My family stayed for a month at Steve’s place and I can’t say enough great things about it. It was honestly the perfect stay. Location was great, floor plan of the house worked perfectly with my family of 5, back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect setting for cooking family dinners. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for any family get away. It also could be a great spot for a girls weekend away. The beach is close by in Emerald Isle along with being close to the beautiful waterfront town of Swansboro.

Amazing home in a beautiful community. Short distance from the Beaufort Water Front. Be sure to rent the golf cart. It makes getting around the island easy and enjoyable. Don’t forget to watch for the horses in the evenings.

Lovely house and location for multi-generation family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Nice dining space for large family. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

We loved staying with Wendy for a friends trip to the coast. The place had lots of comfortable outdoor seating and was exactly as described in a very convenient location.

All of our family loved the house and definitely would stay there again. Nice place, all the extras made our vacation easier: like the kid's plates, utensils and cups; extra pool toys; plenty of towels; plenty of space in all the rooms, etc; and the best golf cart in the neighborhood!! The name of the place certainly describes the vibe there, relaxing and plenty of entertainment for all.

House was in a great location with a great view. It was well equipped with a variety of kitchen appliances. The bed was so comfortable. I loved the fact that there’s 4 bathrooms and also an elevator to help with groceries. The host responded back quickly to any questions I had. We would definitely book here again.

This is was the perfect cozy beach get away for our family of 3, including a toddler, and two of our friends. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, equipped with everything from food prep, toddler toys, to beach equipment, had beautiful views, easy check out instructions and a very kind early check in offer. We had a great stay!

Enjoyed staying here for a wedding weekend which took place at the Beaufort Hotel. We were able to spread out, enjoy the quaint atmosphere of downtown all while staying in a beautiful home. Thank you for hosting and we will be sure to check-in next time we are in town!

the house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. lots to see only 30 minutes away. Very close to the base where our son is so seeing him was easy.

This was our second stay at the King Farm, and it will definitely not be our last stay in this grand old farmhouse! I gushed in my first review of the property. Mike and Sybil are wonderful hosts, and the house is very comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend!

We loved staying at Emily’s place! Our whole extended family was comfortable & we especially loved the kid room. The location can’t be beat!

Having to work out of town week after week is much easier having a home like Yve’s. Looking forward to staying here in the future when working in the area. Close to the beach and military base. Wonderful place to stay felt like home.

We had a great stay at Mel’s place-we t down to Morehead city for a fishing trip and this house was perfect for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and everything was perfect. Isaac was very responsive and helpful. Having access to the backyard to take our dogs out was so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

We are very glad to have stayed at Donna and Barry's place while visiting Swansboro. Their cottage was very clean and has a great layout and design. It is cute and cozy, equipped for cooking, furnished for comfort, and in an expansive setting for relaxing. The front porch and big open lawn surrounded by tall pine trees was a pleasure to breath in every morning. Our hosts are friendly and generous, and Andy the dog is a joy. We had a fun time exploring the area and fishing the water channels, including Bogue Banks and the Neuse River, and even New Bern.

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.
