We really loved our long weekend away! Ideal location as everything was nearby, either by walking or short car journey. Cara was lovely and very responsive and nothing was too much. The property was very well equipped, and comfortable, beds were lovely 👍🏻 It’s tucked away and took a little finding but we arrived in the dark so didn’t help ourselves 😂 a what3words location maybe helpful? Just a suggestion 😊

We had a wonderful stay in the lodges while visiting family in the area. Andrea was incredibly helpful from first communication and just the loveliest, most accomodating host. The lodges are idyllic and situated in lovely surroundings with nice walks. We will not hesitate to book again.

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

Stylish beach house is exactly what it says it is. Very clean comfortable, lots of space. It is right in the heart of the pubs,restaurants,shops and beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend or relative. Tristan the host was amazing very helpful and kind. Would definitely like to go back there again some other time.

We stayed at Danni's for a local wedding, it was perfect. Loads of space and well equipped, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

David and Pamela were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 1 night and all went as well as the description stated. Thank you for your hospitality and would recommend staying at their apartment. Easy parking and close to town and amenities.

Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

Great host, extremely responsive and attentive. Lovely place, very relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful setting. Gets loads of sun innthe afternoon and evening. While Dartmouth is in shade. A massive positive. Loved being sat in the tv room or outside on an evening enjoying the view.

The apartment is a characterful and beautiful, well equipped, spacious space which felt relaxing and interesting at the same time. It fulfilled our desire to stay in somewhere that wasn't an ordinary, bland, featureless room. It was filled with curiosities and museum pieces whilst also being comfortable and quite lovely. Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. If you are looking for an apartment with a fantastic location this spot would be ideal. Located in Kingswear there are stunning views across to the Dartmouth embankment and harbour made more picturesque with the steam railway passing by. The apartment is immaculately presented with the kind gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival, all home comforts and a beautiful balcony which captures the sun and adds to the appeal. There are 2 pubs and wine bar within a five minute walk and 2 fine dinning restaurants amongst many other eateries across in Dartmouth. We can’t thank our host enough for a great stay.

myself and my partner and our dog chez had a 3 night stay. looking for peace and quiet and that was exactly what we got. The property was immaculate. Shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Many thanks to lisa for having us stay in your lovely home.

Perfect place for two people. Lovely location and within easy walk of the town and Sandfoot Castle. The place was well presented and had all you could want for a short to midterm stay. It’s was great to be able to park on site too!!!

This is an excellent location at Exmouth Marina. It is within walking distance of numerous pubs and restaurants. You can also walk there from Exmouth station in about 10 minutes.

Before we arrived at Green Tor, our hosts (both Melanie and David) were extremely helpful and very responsive when asking any questions relating to the property, local activities and amenities, and the welcome booklet within the apartment contains some very good information, including menus of local restaurants. The property itself is absolutely superb! It's beautifully decorated with a high quality finish and attention paid to detail - we loved it! Views of the Jurassic coastline were stunning from the garden. It brings a smile to your face every morning! I can wholeheatedly recommend this property to anyone (especially couples) wanting to visit Lyme Regis. Thank you Melanie and David, we will definitely be returning! (Phil)

Beautiful place, so wonderfully presented. The pictures do not do it justice. Great to have parking and it’s close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again and Karen the owner was lovely and very helpful. Would recommend staying here.

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.

Lovely place, very clean and decorated great. Mike was very easy to deal with, gave lots of recommendations and was on hand if we needed anything. We enjoyed exploring Lyme Regis 👍

The fact that this has been our third stay at this cosy little flat says it all really. It's a little bolt hole of heaven. The location is superb, in the heart of Teignmouth but quiet and peaceful with free on street parking nearby. The little garden has the sun all day and there are ample sunbeds and seating for two. Our host Luke couldn't be more welcoming and the little treats of Prosecco and Devon tea is a welcome respite after after a long trip. Thank you so much Luke.
