Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by neighbouring farmland and National Trust Land. Both Soar Mill Cove and South Sand beaches are within walking distance of the property. The Piggery at Oldaway

The Piggery is a self contained converted Pigstye in the grounds of Oldaway Barn, a smallholding near to Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The light and airy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and good sized shower room. With underfloor heating throughout it is open all year round. The property is all on one level and has some disabled facilities. There is easy private parking and guests are welcome to enjoy the large garden and to visit the smallholding and orchards

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
