Luxurious, extremely cozy, spacious, stylishly decorated home in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shops and parks. Come relax and make yourself comfortable! Plenty of peaceful spaces to relax, refresh or work remotely. No contact, Self check in. Amazing floor plan, one level, private backyard with fire pit, patio table and grill. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

Enter from the backyard, into a shared laundry room with a hallway headed to your suite on your left. In that hall is a private restroom, right outside the door of your guest apartment suite. In the suite is a common room with a table and chairs for 2, coat/shoe rack, a queen bed and a pull out twin trundle. The large bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet, coffee/microwave cart and couch. The shared space, has a large fridge and a stainless steel sink for your use.

Historic carriage house converted into a tiny guest home, complete with everything needed for your stay. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, updated bathroom, quality mattress and entertainment center in a cozy space right next to downtown entertainment district. The historic Owen Park neighborhood is conveniently located within minutes of night life, restaurants, business, Gathering Place and Tulsa River Parks. The guest house is located at the back of a family home.
