It is only 1/4 mile off highway 71 with easy access to the Back 40, Little Sugar Bike Trail, Bentonville bike trails, and golf courses. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.
