I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

First experience on Airbnb. It was a Good one. Place is accurately described. It's remotely located and has 1 restaurant close by and a couple of shops. However Zomato works fine. Dominic was very helpful with our check-in and also assisted us with contacts for taxi service. Better to use these contacts rather than Goa Miles.

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

There were a few very minor issues, but the host was quick to respond and had them resolved almost immediately, which made me feel very well taken care of. If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

Loved the stay and experience in this apartment for 2 nights, luxurious amenities in the room and society and Sanjeev sir guided us with nearby restaurants and points to visit, and travel contacts as well which was a plus point. Fantastic apartment surrounded by locals in the small, cozy village of Utorda. From there you can reach the clean, quiet beach with some restaurants and beach bars in about 10 minutes on foot. You can get your daily necessities in the surrounding area. The local buses stop directly in front of the apartment at the intersection. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a residential building inhabited by locals. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two wonderfully quiet balconies from which you can enjoy the sunset. Lincoln and his wife took care of everything very carefully without being intrusive. I found exactly what I was looking for there. Casual holiday without stress away from mass tourism. In one word “holiday with friends” Thank you for the wonderful time Goa

The best host ever! So accommodating to every thing we were confused about and found difficult (he helped us book a taxi as we found it difficult due to the language). The accommodation itself was very clean and came with every single amenity you could think of. We wanted extra towels, hairdryer and iron and it got delivered in less than an hour without any issues. It’s about 10 minutes away from Dabolim airport and the security checks are very thorough and that made our family with very young children feel very safe.
