Our group of 4 began planning this trip in the spring of 2020. The covid bug reared it's ugly head and we postponed until Oct, 2020, thinking " By Oct. it will all be blown over! Well...4 years later...there we were! FINALLY! It was well worth the wait! I cannot say enough about the beauty, comfort,tranquility and ....location, location, location! The home was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable! Beautiful views from the deck! We found something new to do every day! I'd go back tomorrow and I'm sure we'd find more fun things to do! Beaver Lake is amazing and we regretted that the Marina was closed for the season so we didn't get out on this huge lake! Thanks to Jon, our host, for being "available", patient and flexible! Thanks to the people of North West Arkansas for being so friendly, fun and welcoming!! Altogether? A perfect week! ( Except it was too short)

This place is awesome there are neighbors right next door, but other than that the place is pretty private feeling. It was easy to find and there’s plenty to do downtown which is not far away.

Always love visiting Rogers!! This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays!! Great area! Even better home! So clean and cozy! Owners were great! Even dropped some things off to us late at night that were missing. Will definitely book here again!!

We loved our stay at the Hobbit House! It was such a unique experience and so relaxing. The location was really great too - it had a quite country feel while being just 10 minutes from a cute downtown area and restaurants. We would definitely come back! My only note is that the cleaning fee seemed high to me, especially with all the requests for check-out (guests wash dishes, take out trash, etc.). However, it is a very large house. Overall, we loved it and would surely recommend it to anyone!

Great place to stay close to anything you would want. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds and baths were very nice . I would recommend highly .

Very nice place. The beds were comfy, the showers were really cool, the hot tub was nice, and the location was great. It’s about 20 minutes from the WalMart AMP and about 15 minutes from War Eagle Caverns. It’s the prefect spot if you want to be close to everything, but still far enough away for privacy. No complaints on our end.

This was an incredible place to stay. We appreciate the little details, like John offering to get us something from Sam's as he was headed out to the luggage racks in the bedrooms.

Everything was perfect from the beginning of our stay until the end. The house was easy to find and was nice and clean. Instructions were sent by email, as well as clearly posted In the house. We really enjoyed our stay and Lisa was an amazing hostess!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bentonville! Downtown and the trailheads were almost out our door!

Cannot say enough good things about this rental and the team at Front Door Vacation Rentals!! From the moment we booked they were so helpful with recommendations and answered any questions we had about the area. The house was everything we could have dreamed of. Beautiful and quiet location stocked with anything you could need. The hot tub and huge back deck are so relaxing! Biggest bath tub I have ever seen. Our trip to Arkansas would not have been anything like this without the restaurant and activity suggestions and the incredible house to return to each night! Easily the best AirBNB we have ever stayed at!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was exactly as described. We had plenty of towels. The linens were nice. There were plenty of pillows. There were even items for the younger children including a pack n play, high chair and cups with lids. Amber was responsive to all questions. Our whole family was pleased, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful low-stress weekend.

Place was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a little trouble with the keypad initially but was soon remedied. Really good communication with Tracie to meet all of our needs. The only thing I would suggest is more seating in the living room since it is set up to accommodate six people, and there’s only three comfortable places to sit. But we were overall very satisfied.

Tiffany and Doyle’s place was amazing! The location could not have been more perfect. So close to all the trails and to downtown. The house itself was also perfect. Our kids loved playing outside on the playhouse and the adults enjoyed lounging on the deck. The house was spacious and allowed us to make and enjoy meals. Overall, we could not have picked a better spot to spend spring break as a family. And the cherry on top of an already exceptional stay was when we realized we forgot our son’s watch after checkout - they so kindly retrieved and mailed it to us. Topnotch hospitality!

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

The stay was great and the location was perfect. We have been having with loud hotel stays during volleyball tournaments and we decided to stay in a house instead. The house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and close to our playing location. Thanks for all the hospitality and sharing your home.

The house is beautiful on the inside, very nicely decorated, very clean. It has a steamer for clothes! That was super helpful on Sunday morning when I was running around with a wrinkled shirt lol. 2 car garage! The bedrooms aren't dinky! My bed was very comfy, there are extra blankets available if some in your party likes to sleep cool. The kitchen has an excellent stove, easy to entertain or cook for a big family while in Rogers. Walking/biking path nearby, mall shopping within 5 minute drive.

We loved this place so much! It's beautifully furnished and you clearly thought of every little detail. We especially were grateful for the well appointed kitchen- we were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving meal!! The fire pit was fun with the grandkids and the view from the deck is wonderful. Thank you!!

I would 100% recommend this place. It was easy to find. Very friendly people and lovely neighborhood.sadly the indoor pool was closed due to weather but I would definitely stay here again !!
