Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και φιλόξενο. Ο Ιωάννης έχει προβλέψει κι εξοπλίσει με ό, τι σχεδόν χρειάζεται κάποιος για λίγες μέρες διαμονής. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ευνοϊκή για όποιον θέλει να κινηθεί γύρω από το κέντρο.

Alpers Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gut gelegen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Promenade. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach und Alper schrieb stets schnell zurück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

En ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş temizliğe de oldukça önem verilmiş. İç dizaynına hayran kaldık. Konumu itibarıyla da tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Herşey çok güzeldi . Tek sıkıntı banyoda sıcak suyun olmamasıydı . Ama onu da mutfaktan su alarak hallettik . Biz sevdik lokasyon süper 👍🏻 yeterli sayıda balkon ve klima olması çok güzel.

Çok güzel bi tatil gerçekleştirdik. Evin konumu çok güzeldi. Ev tertemizdi. Tekrar Ayvaliğa gidecek olsam yine bu evi tercih ederim.

Ev sahibi her şeyi düşünmüş, ev çok temiz ve güzeldi. Şehir merkezine 15-20 dk ancak deniz kenarı çok güzel bir evdi

Güzel bir kafa dinlemelik yerdi.Konumda ulaşım konusunda sıkıntısızdı. Ev sahibi Naz hanım çok iyi biri sorularımıza hemen iyi niyet samimi cevaplar vererek destekdeydi. Bir daha ki gideceğim zaman aynı yeri tercih ederim .

evin konumu sahile yürüyerek 5 dk mesafede. hemen alt sokağında migros ve yerel market var. Evi tertemiz teslim aldık. Yataklar rahattı. mutfakta lazım olabilecek her şey vardı. baharatlar, yağ, peçete, kağıt havlu, içme suyu bırakılmış olması düşünceliydi. ev oldukça keyifli, üst balkonu çok güzel serin esiyor. veranda çok keyifli. sakin, sessiz bir sokakta. biz 4 kişi uzaktan çalıştık 1 hafta boyunca ve hiç internet sıkıntısı yaşamadık. tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle tercih ederim. ilknur hanımın arada bir ihtiyacımız var mı diye sorması, ilgisi için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Verdiğimiz fiyati sonuna kadar hak eden bir yer. konum olarak harika. park sorunu yapamayacağınız nadir yerlerden. Ev sahibi bölgeye tümüyle hakim. Her konuda yardımcı olunda ve hızlı cevaplar hızlı çözümler üretti. Mustafa beye teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha gelsek bir daha kalırız dediğimiz yer.

Excellent location with very nice view. Newly built. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Friendly owners. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again!!

I fell in love with Ayvalik, it is not much known to foreign tourists so it was a bonus:). Beautiful architecture in every corner. House was in perfect location minutes from the beach (I swam every day). Ayvalik can get windy and it was our lack that whole week was windly so that put off children swimming in the sea close to house but we drove to sarimsakli beach which sandy and super nice. You can even pay and go to local hotels pools (Elisa was 5min away from the house-and we did swim there). House was also 5min drive away from Cunda island which is rather crowdy but worth the visit especially the museum and the chapel. I can say this was the cleanest air bnb stayed, proper Turkish house cleanness:) Owners are really nice pleasant people (Former teacher). They come every day to water the garden so I am sure if we had any issue they would have helped. We felt really safe in the area, my daughter would walk to beach on her own to collect stones and come home.

Ich habe mich schnell sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war für 2 Monate Aufenthalt genau richtig. Die Küche hat alles geboten, was man braucht. Was mir nicht gleich aufgefallen ist, dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt, stand aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung und war auch nicht nötig. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Terrasse nicht wirklich genutzt werden kann, da ich innerhalb von 2 Minuten bereits 5 Mückenstiche hatte. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung super groß und bietet platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Im Hochsommer könnte die eine Klimaanlage im großen Schlafzimmer nur etwas wenig sein, weswegen aber auch Lüfter in den anderen Räumen vorhanden sind. Die Kommunikation erfolgt ausschließlich über Kostas. Von Anthi habe ich nichts gehört. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Stadt würde ich sofort wieder kommen! Ich konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen und man ist super flexibel von der Wohnung aus. Generell empfehle ich auf der Insel dennoch einen Mietwagen.

Apartman, özel ve bakımlı bahçesi, denizi gören manzarası, Edremit Körfezi'ne hakim bir tepede havadar bir konuma sahip olması, sakin bir sitenin içerisinde bulunması, ferah salonu, kullanışlı mutfağı, çeşitli market ve dükkanlara yakınlığı, hem zeytin ağaçlarının altına uzanıp hem de suya girebileceğiniz Bağlarburnu Plajı'na kolay ulaşımıyla ailece tatil yapmak isteyenler için son derece cazip. Orhan Bey'le iletişim kurmak gayet kolaydı. Kendisi mesajlarıma hızla yanıt verdi, gezilecek yerler ve yapılabilecek etkinlikler için faydalı tavsiyelerde bulundu ve gerektiğinde yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Tereddütsüz tavsiye ederim.
