The casita was perfect for my needs on short notice. It was clean and comfortable with easy access and located in the part of town in which I was interested. It has a small kitchen with a decent-sized refrigerator, no hot pot, but a countertop range and a tea kettle. The freezer didn’t freeze my ice block, but I didn’t adjust any settings either. My only notable downside, as a shorter person (5’2”), is that where the shower head sprays is not adjustable at all. Still, this is a very comfortable casita, and I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great place but small. Not an issue - it's posted as space for one person but just be aware. Delightful. Sitting area, bed, kitchen area, and for me the coup de gras was the outside space - a table with two chairs in the garden area where I spent a few contented hours just reading. All about 1/3 mile from the bosque, another reason I chose this place. Yes, there is only one (kitchen) sink where you will do your daily self-ministrations, but well, that's why it's listed as space for one person. Another reviewer complained about insects? Bugs? the place is ground level in a natural garden. I get that you don't want such visitors in bed, but I had inconsequential issues. Fresh coffee and filters were on-hand, and some welcoming fruit and snacks.

We had the best experience!!! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious did I mention comfortable but they didn’t miss a single detail. Games appliances ect.. Trisha was wonderful we are very grateful.

Seth is a great host, the place is safe and quite as described. Perfect to go for a walk and or relax.

We enjoyed our stay at Sara's place very much. It was clean and had everything we could want. We love to cook our own breakfast, and she had all the kitchen supplies for that and more. We asked to book a day early as our schedule changed by a day as we were vacationing all around New Mexico. Sara was quick to accept it. That was a relief not to have to find a place last minute. The weather was a little out of the ordinary as it snowed a little the day we arrived and it had been in the high 70's the day before. There was a space heater and also two air conditioners and during our stay we ended up using both. It was a great location for seeing everything we wanted in Albuquerque.

Ken was a great host, really enjoyed our stay. Very helpful (provided extra blanked), beautiful house, and cute cat’s around. I love the stay and it close to all places.

This is our second time staying at Alison's casita while we explore Albuquerque. The house and yard are peaceful, Alison and Dan welcome us like part of the family, and Scout and Bella are so entertaining to watch. While we were here, we enjoyed daily walks and birdwatching at the neighborhood's community farm, which is a short walk down the street. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

I loved the place. Quiet with a private patio. Within easy walking distance to a park and Old Town. It was convenient to be able to walk to a restaurant for meals. The casita was spacious and reasonably authentic, but with ac & heat. I would definitely stay there if I ever return to Albuquerque. Connie came and showed me how to operate everything right after I arrived.

Comfortable studio with a peaceful backyard in a nice residential neighborhood within a few minutes drive from restaurants and stores. Would stay again at Yun's place next time in town.

A really cute room with great views of a garden in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of windows and light and bird feeders brought in a lot of singing birds that added to the ambience. There was a small issue we brought to the owners attention and it was taken care of swiftly. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay at the casita felt like home - it was the perfect size for just me and had everything I needed. Including a day pack cooler for adventuring! The bed was very comfy and I enjoyed the large patio as well. Will definitely share this listing when fam/frs visiting ABQ ❤️ thank you for the hospitality, Armain and Michele.

Essie's s house is spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood. The jet bath was very welcome after long walking days. The kitchen supported plenty of cooking and it looked out over a peaceful yard. The pool wasn't available probably as it was still in the 70s so we didn't get to try that this time. I was grateful for the extra blankets and the huge, comfy couch. There were plenty of clean, thick towels and the beds were comfy. Thank you, Essie for sharing your property with us.

What an absolutely lovely spot. Clean, quiet, with all the amenities needed. Will DEF stay here again if in Albuquerque in the future!!

This is our second time staying here. We’ve put it on our saved list. One of the cleanest high-end Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful inside and out. We will be back. The best Mexican restaurant, ElPinto, we’ve ever gone to is just down the street.

Patrick has a very nice place tucked in an area close to pretty much everything you’d need. The space very neat. A loft with enough space to spread out, but still cozy no matter where you are inside. Patrick was flexible with my arrival, proactive in seeing if anything was needed, and very friendly. I’d stay here again without any hesitation.

We really enjoyed the space. It's cozy. It felt thoughtful and they had all the things that we needed. Washer and Dryer! First aid kit! Razers! Just everything you might need as a guest was available. It's a nice place in the back which gave it a secure secluded feeling without multiple locks and codes to get through. The block was chill and residential. I would definitely stay here again. Everything they furnished was quality. We liked the organic toilet paper on bamboo rolls, the beautiful mirror in the bathroom. Lots of accessible lighting without being over-lit. This is just a great spot!

Stephanie and Edward are fantastic hosts and their space is beautiful! It’s a perfect little oasis in Albuquerque. The space is clean and updated but feels warm and welcoming! The outdoor space is perfect to enjoy a morning coffee from their very fancy coffee maker. The space is an easy stroll to the river trails which was a nice way to spend a sunny morning. They are super responsive and have thought of all the little details that make a space feel like home. Overall a wonderful place to stay, only made better if you get the opportunity to meet their adorable pup who is very well behaved but a nice way to get a dose of cuteness if you happen to be missing your own furbabies while traveling. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute spot for sure and the hot tub saved my sore muscles after hiking the sandia’s . The heaters were nice too.

Amazing location to explore lovely Nob Hill! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the place has everything you need to make yourself at home. Comfy beds and linens, well stocked kitchen, and spacious bathroom. We loved getting coffee at one of the shops literally steps away from the airbnb and bringing it back to drink on the patio. We hardly used our car during our stay as you're in walkable distance to so many amazing restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!
