We had a great time at Lacey's tent. It's right by the river, and it had all the amenities we needed.

A very comfortable, cozy home on the water. All of our guests raved about the home and location. It's really a home, not just a house, and we felt almost like we were staying at a friend or relatives home. You can feel the family spirit in this place, and it's a good feeling.

Beautiful location that feels secluded. Pool table and poker table are a great touch, and yhe lake is not heavily populated. The kayaks available were very relaxing on a nice day.

We had a great trip! The chalet was perfect for what we needed with our two kids and two adults. Easy access to two beaches, and in the summer has pools available on site. Easy drive to Warren Dunes and St Joseph.

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. The lake views were more beautiful than the photos could show, the chalet is comfortable and well-stocked, and there was so much to do in the community that we didn't even scratch the surface. We loved the beach area which wasn't crowded at all, even on Labor Day weekend. We drove in to St. Joseph for dinner and to go to ur favorite shops - super easy drive. The walk to the beach was so short we didn't even take a lunch out there, just popped up to the house whenever we needed a restroom break or a snack. We never needed to contact Ben but got plenty of communication beforehand and the manual in the house provided info of how to text him if we needed to. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, well stocked with comfortable beds and great views. We really enjoy having the common area too. The room overlooks a wooded area and there were deer walking right past the windows. There is a path outside that leads to a private beach. The property has fire pits, lots of chairs and games. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Also, you can get to all the shops and restaurants in downtown New Buffalo in under 10 minutes. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Our family loved this home and had a VERY special Thanksgiving weekend here. The house had everything and was even nicer than the GREAT pictures. Beautiful kitchen, lovely view of the water and very nice amenities. Our host, Rhoby, was a great communicator - sharing all relevant details ahead, so we had all we needed! Our family had an unforgettable vacation at Windover, located on the shores of Lake Michigan. This place was the perfect choice for us, as there were just three of us. The house was very clean and cozy, creating a comfortable environment for our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all necessary cooking and cleaning supplies were provided. We especially enjoyed the viewing platform at the edge of the bluffs. This spot became our favorite for picnics and evening strolls. Windover was the best place for our vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort and the beauty of nature!

Second time staying at this Airbnb in Berrien Springs, and it was a great escape from the city! Clean interior and king size bed were fantastic. It rained, so we didn't get to kayak, but it's great that we had the option. Would return again for a third time some day!

Charming, romantic, rustic, peaceful. Cannot overstate how lovely our stay was. The cottage is just as described and provided everything we needed to have the weekend away that we wanted. Highly recommend getting out in the early morning to go deer spotting! We walked the entirety of the trails and enjoyed every bit of it. Definitely staying here again!

Really enjoyed the cottage for our family of four. The place is walking distance to the beach and a local playground. We enjoyed staying in nature but being able to drive to New Buffalo for restaurants or other things. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

It was the perfect get away, we did venture out a little bit, but we mostly stayed at the house. It was very comfortable, and was a home away from home. Had everything we needed, as we cooked in almost everyday. We don’t have a lot of conversations with Jodie, but we had adequate conversations with her. She was very responsive when we requested information. The info sheet was easy to understand and informative.

We had a great time visiting with our college kids over Easter break. The location was incredible! It felt like we had all of Lake Michigan to ourselves on the private beach. We would absolutely stay there again!

We greatly enjoyed All the Waters. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing house and grounds. We loved the private beach and enjoyed the view of the lake and sunsets sitting on the bluff. The 5+ minute trek to and from the beach was no problem for our geezer legs or our adult children carrying their toddler. We had plenty to do in the area on a rainy day.
