This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

We invite you to stay in our downstairs 1 bedroom apartment which was completely renovated in 2024. The space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with Queen-sized bed (+sofa bed in living room), and has a private entrance on the side of our home. We live upstairs with our 6-year old daughter and dog. We're live in a great neighborhood that is centrally located a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.

Oasis is located in Downtown Nashville! Close to all of Nashville’s hot spots! You can walk everywhere, including Downtown! The space is on the 1st floor of a cool 1950’s renovated building! Free parking, kitchen, convenient to grocery, restaurants, bars, shopping, and downtown Nashville. Easy check in. There are signs of age, but you will be booking for the location! Pool Open seasonally. Note: I cannot control the dates the pool is open or if maintenance is being done during your stay.

Welcome to our cozy neighborhood nook! We hope you feel right at home. You’ll be in a great location central to just about everywhere you’d want to go with privacy and off the street parking. The inside has been completely remodeled so everything is new. Large bedroom and bath. Full kitchen. 60” smart TV w Hulu Live, Netflix etc. Please reach out to us at anytime during your stay for advice on anything Nashville.
