Our cottage offers a relaxed comfortable stay with stunning mountain views & acres of parkland gardens to wander. Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

Enjoy this private oasis directly opposite Berry Showground and pool. On a peaceful, wide street in yet central to all Berry has to offer (a flat easy walk to the Queen st shops) A luxurious king bed, full kitchen with an induction stove and oven, private laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer, back and side deck. Daikin reverse cycle air conditioner as well as glamorous Art Deco style ceiling fans. All windows/doors are double glazed for excellent sound and temperature regulation.

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

This quaint character cottage is located right in the centre of town. Less than a minutes walk to shops, cafes and the Friendly Inn Pub. The cottage is suitable for couples only for one or two night stays. The relaxed and rustic style of the cottage creates a comfortable base to explore everything Kangaroo Valley has to offer. The cottage is especially ideal if you are attending a wedding in The Valley, as buses to and from weddings usually pick up and drop off in the centre of town.

The Big Blue is colourful, simple and relaxing. We have created a space with character and life, and have kept in mind all the home comforts that you need when traveling. Cosy, country cottage style two bedroom cottage within easy 1km walk to Berry town centre. Would suit a couple with two children or two couples. A great base for accessing all the area has to offer. Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area. Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
