A 7-min drive to Riverside Green line “D” subway stop into Boston (parking available), or commuter rail stops (Auburndale, Wellesley & Kendal Green Stations). Conveniently located, less than an 8-minute ride from downtown Salem. Please note: There is a separate Airbnb unit located upstairs in the main house, with its own private entrance. You will not have any direct interaction with other guests, but you will occasionally hear some noise from the other unit.

Ours is a cozy, 2 bedroom & living room suite in an antique garden cottage with private bath and entrance and on site parking. It is attached to our home but is a separate private space with no shared living areas and its own patio English Garden. It is situated on 2 floors (bathroom upstairs). It is a short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants & historic sites. The suite has a small breakfast table, microwave, minifrig, Keurig, electric kettle & toaster, but not a full kitchen.

Sandpiper's Suite

Everything in this suite is clean and tidy. There is plenty of natural light and privacy blinds. There is Wifi with Netflix, Prime and other platforms. There is also a kitchenette in the unit with sink, small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, hot plate and pans and coffee maker. The house sits on a third acre of land and is fenced in from the road. We are a ten minute walk to the beach and shopping area, and the train station is located only two blocks away.

This historic Victorian residence, is today host to this seaside studio lounge. Once inside, you’ll fall captive to the seascape off Independence Park. The Atlantic panorama provides an awe-inspired sunrise daily.
