Our stay at Basti Staycation was incredibly smooth and comfortable, especially for our elderly companions. Ms. Malu was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return whenever we're in Naga City.

the host was very friendly and responsive. Security guards very friendly. Pool was really nice. Internet worked really well. There was the odd brown out of power but never lasted more then a few minutes. There are 2 malls right there but they aren't easily accessible. You have to walk in the opposite direction up to the main road then walk to the mall. Still only a 15min walk, so not bad. There is a really nice plaza with lot of restaurants as well and live music on the weekends. Overall a really nice place to stay

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

We enjoyed our stay overall — the place has a lot of good things going for it. What we liked: The air conditioning works really well and keeps the whole space cool, even the living and dining areas. The kitchen is in a separate area, which is great because it keeps cooking smells away from the rest of the place. The fridge works great — it keeps things cold and freezes stuff easily. The warm lights made the space feel cozy and relaxing. What could be better: The check-in instructions were a bit confusing. There were too many repeated messages, and it was hard to find the important info like the entry code and Wi-Fi details. I almost missed them because they were mixed in with a lot of other messages. The Wi-Fi was a big issue for us. The signal didn’t reach the bedroom, and there’s no mobile signal inside either. Since I was working during the trip, this was a real problem. The Wi-Fi also kept disconnecting, and I had to restart both my phone and the router just to reconnect. I

The room is located at ground floor, and it is easy access especially with our senior parents. Room is clean with complete kitchen materials. The beds are comfortable, linens are clean with complete bath towel and blankets. The place is located in the city where you can easily access nearby attractions and stores. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely comeback.

The microwave was missing and the kettle needs replacement. The water goes on and off for some reason. But the place was still the best for me! Not perfect but very very good!! Thankful that i found this place. Hehe. Thank you to the hosts!!

The host was very responsive and accomodating despite the very late check in time. Thank you to ate roxanne as well. The place was cozy and clean. My only negative was the price of the stay and that is located on the second floor.

Our stay was no frills and had everything we needed. Bed, blankets, and pillows felt all new so we had no trouble sleeping after a few surf sessions down Gubat’s beach. Would consider to stay here again!

Booked this because of the pool and board games. Kids loved the stay and lots of activities to choose from inside the unit. Room was super clean and smells good. I love that it has complete kitchen needs. For me it is a bit pricey compared to other rentals we stayed in the big cities like Manila and Cebu with same amenities and features. But we had great stay.

The place is centrally located. All the staff at the lobby was very helpful and always smiling. It's our first time to use Airbnb and it was great. Easy access to public transportation, walking distance to restaurant. It was truly a pleasure. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
