A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

What a lovely lovely house for a quick or long stay. Beautiful apartment decorated so nicely and extremely clean. The host was extremely helpful and very welcoming and answered the phone very quickly to any problems. Definitely recommend :)

had a fantastic stay! great travel links and only a very short walk to the train station or into the city centre. the flat was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a holiday or longer! Although we didn't meet Leane in person, we did speak on the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely weekend staying at Laura and Paul's place. The flat is located a little out of old-town Plymouth, an easy walk through the Plymouth Hoe or around the waterfront - nice to get out of the busy town when we wanted. A stone's throw from the Waterfront (a pub on the waterfront), which we would recommend for dinner, breakfast or drinks. Communication from Laura and Paul was great, check in was smooth and the place was lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Plymouth.

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Joanna's place was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay and Joanna and her husband were very responsive and friendly. We recommend it.

We have just returned from a weekend away staying at this property. It was immaculately presented with lots of personal touches. The host was lovely and extremely responsive to messages. Would happily return and would recommend to others.

Bedrooms were really super. Whole apartment was decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. Kitchen had enough equipment to do a breakfast / snack or microwave meal but there is only a microwave oven and rings. Access was via a smart lock which was very easy to use and worked really well - much better than usual Lockbox. Extremely convenient location. Short walk to Torre Abbey and the seafront.

Great place to stay for two, has everything you need including a well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the beach and town. Very clean and comfy furniture. Parking was never an issue. Only thing I would note is people live above but this did not disturb our sleep.

Pauline was a lovely host and ensured we were well looked after. The accomadation was quiet and comfortable with great views, outside space and a fab bed and shower. The cake was also delicious. This is a great place to stay if you’re considering a trip to Salcombe. Definitely try breakfast at the Salcombe coffee shop.

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

Wonderful stay, lovely place, booked last minute instead of a hotel. Great hot tub to stargaze in the evening. Wonderful added extras tea coffee etc. Great for couples. Would stay again.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

We had a lovely stay at Sheila’s place. The views are beautiful and it’s a very quick walk down to the beach. The flat is bright and well equipped, and we felt very at home with our daughter (4) as there are lots of children’s books and games. There were also some lovely touches which were thoughtful as well. Thanks for a special stay! We hope to come again.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.
